24/07/2025: We had dinner last night with 4 friends, and I can sum it up in one word: SPECTACULAR!!! Fantastic presentation and quality of the dishes, excellent service, beautiful evening. Thanks to Nador and compliments to his staff!!

27/06/2025: We went for the tasting menu on June 25th, offered at €67 per couple instead of €100. The menu was divided into 5 courses, if you can call them that: 1) a small bowl of edamame (ridiculous that it is included as a course) 2) 4 rolls (per person, in the photo the dish was to be shared) 3) 6 slices of salmon sashimi in beetroot extract (no photo) 4) two mini burgers to be shared 5) 9 slices of wagyu steak. First of all, they talk about a tasting menu for couples, but each dish they brought had to be shared as if the menu was for a single person. The flavors of the food were absolutely mediocre, absolutely below the average of the much less expensive ayce restaurants. The avocado in every dish was unripe. The salmon was completely tasteless if it weren't for that beetroot extract that I personally didn't like as a pairing. In general, it's also difficult to comment on the dissatisfaction that struck us after the meal. When we talk about tasting menus we are referring to a series of dishes that, no matter how small the portions, leave you satisfied in the end and not with a hole in your stomach. In addition, although I appreciated the decor of the place, the music was very loud (personally I don't like it when I have to eat), the waiters were normal except that half of the beetroot juice ended up on the table when the waitress came to take the plate without them noticing, but for goodness sake it can happen. It is definitely a place for those who identify with the cool category and who ultimately don't even care much about sushi. For those who go to eat good sushi, the place is absolutely not recommended in my personal opinion. Price of the experience €74 with water and covers (unspeakable, it was a joke knowing the food cost and having experience in restaurants). So empty and dissatisfied that after dinner we went to the Chinese rotisserie La Perla d’Oriente which is practically right in front and which for €10 gets you ravioli, soy spaghetti with vegetables and a nice second course. That one is highly recommended!

I don't know how you're used to it in Trento, but in Bologna, an all-you-can-eat restaurant like this would fail in a week.
Given that all the classic Asian dishes are missing (soy noodles, chicken, and beef cooked in various ways) and many Japanese dishes are peculiar and fake gourmet (no ebiten with the classic shrimp, no classic tiger roll), almost ALL the lunch dishes are overcharged by more than €1, and I mean all of them, even the most classic ones.
An hour's wait for terrible dishes, terrible quality of the salmon, without even a sauce, just a tasteless mess (because sauces are expensive and you have to buy them separately!), poorly presented and plated, and all mushy together.
We struggled to eat the little that did arrive.
We woke up with many dishes yet to arrive, nauseated, empty, and with a very high bill of €48 for two (just one water).
Never again!

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't impress us in terms of taste or price. The pizza was rather small and tasted average – we would have expected much more for the price.
The sushi was also of decent quality, but the portions were very small, which made the overall price-performance ratio disappointing. Compared to other restaurants, we paid almost double here – and still didn't get full.
So, if you come with an appetite, be prepared for a very high bill or better yet, look for an alternative – unless you're willing to spend around €50 to satisfy your hunger for a few hours.
Conclusion: Friendly atmosphere, but too high prices for too small portions. The quality is solid, but the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right.

12/07/2025: There were three of us, two adults and one child, there for dinner. We received a very warm welcome, and the all-you-can-eat ordering system was explained to us. You wrote down the dishes you had chosen from the menu on a piece of paper. You then held the menu upright, and a waiter took your order for the kitchen. After some initial difficulties, as we didn't understand everything in English right away, the rest went smoothly. The waiters were very friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. There was a huge selection of different dishes. The price was also completely reasonable. We'd be happy to go back next time.
We sat outside, but it was a bit noisy. Next time, try inside.
