28/06/2026: Bambus is one of those places that genuinely exceeded my expectations. Having enjoyed sushi in New York, Miami, and throughout the Caribbean, I wasn’t expecting to find sushi of this quality in Bolzano, but I was pleasantly surprised. Every roll was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and prepared with real attention to detail. You can tell the chefs take pride in what they serve. The fried rice was the only dish that didn’t quite match the high standard of the sushi, but that certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. I also noticed they don’t offer classics like wonton or egg drop soup, which suggests they’re focused on a more authentic Japanese style rather than a broad Asian menu. What really makes Bambus special is the complete experience. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. There’s plenty of parking, the restaurant sits in a beautiful riverside location, and the surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. It’s also a lovely spot to take a few photos before or after your meal. If you’re looking for fresh, high quality sushi in Bolzano, Bambus is definitely worth a visit. I’ll certainly be returning the next time I’m in the area.

16/05/2026: The food was truly excellent, nothing to complain about. It's a shame that a young waiter with a goatee completely ruined the experience with his rude, arrogant, and completely out of place attitude from the first minute. He seemed annoyed even by being spoken to, with curt responses and a manner that would be a joke to call "professional." Such terrible service shouldn't exist in a place where the food truly deserves it. I won't be returning until the staff changes, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

13/05/2026: A pleasant and convenient place, being next to the pool. The dining room is spacious and offers plenty of space. However, the menu is overly extensive and somewhat touristy; however, the quality of the food is good. Prices are in line with the offerings. I'm giving it 3 stars only because some dishes aren't typical of the area.

01/06/2026: Monday, June 1st, lunchtime, 12:05 PM Courses haven't arrived Drinks arrived incorrectly twice, and I accepted it the second time anyway. The first course was missing plates, and the second course arrived with a long delay. 30 minutes of waiting between courses. At 12:56 PM, part of the first course still hasn't arrived. I don't know if they're mixing up the tables... Sorry, the place is nice.

28/05/2026: I don't understand such poor reviews. The food was very good, served quickly, and the service was very friendly.

30/07/2026: Well organized, and a lifesaver for the three of us plus our dog, who were so relieved from the heat. We enjoyed trying lots of different dishes at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Everything was great.

14/07/2026: Upon entering, we were very pleasantly surprised. However, the food was completely off the mark. The chicken was incredibly bland! The vegetables and duck were swimming in oil. We had to order rice separately. The sweet and sour shrimp were soaked in oil inside their batter. None of our four meals even remotely resembled the quality we'd expect from a Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese restaurant.

28/06/2026: It just can't be that they accept Pluxee Italia but they have this one untrained cashier that keeps asking me for the card but I only have the app and the other cashier the app works please train your new cashier

14/06/2026: The food was of very high quality. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite live up to the same standard. It's also worth noting that the 'all you can eat' offer is now limited to a maximum of eight dishes. Overall, it's a real shame, as this restaurant used to be one of our go-to spots. These days, the price-performance ratio is no longer competitive compared to other restaurants in the area.

29/11/2025: Good restaurant, always excellent food, but I have to give 4 stars for the home delivery service. Lately, the delivery guys have been getting the address wrong EVERY TIME, ending up in other towns, when it would be enough to carefully read what is written both in the directions and in the notes (I live in the main square of a town 10 km from Trento, it's not difficult).

08/11/2025: Best sushi in Trento, the food quality is excellent. Impeccable and fast service.
