09/12/2024: Going on Saturday night is definitely not the best option. Lots of people, confusion and chaos, resulting in slow service. The food isn't bad. What we liked the most was the sushi. Portions a little small for the price paid.

Mi trovo benissimo da loro .mi sento a casa e poi sono tutti quanti molto cordiali e simpatici, oltre molto attenti al servizio, con la titolare c'è un bel rapporto ed è veramente piacevole andare nel suo ristorante. Poi devo fare un complimento anche agli chef perché creare quelle pietanze ci vuole il suo tempo e mi chiedo veramente come facciano, sono velocissimi e bravissimi ... li ammiro davvero perché sono tutte cose complicate nel farle!! Se passate per Trento ve lo consiglio davvero tanto. Non vi pentirete.

21/08/2024: Had an amazing lunch here, the waiter seemed burned out, still did his best... ambience very nice, even though the restaurant filled up quite quickly, it didn't get loud. Very enjoyable, good food and got tapwater as requested
11/08/2024: I wonder how they still have the same waiters for years. They have no education, they barely speak a language, they don't do what you ask on purpose and I'm not surprised if they even spit on your plate.

One of the best GOA fish I have eaten very good.

Nice place.
Slightly high prices should lower things a bit.

14/12/2024: Fantastico! Noi lo adoriamo! Si mangia benissimo. Dal sushi , alle zuppe, ai secondi di carne, di pesce. Il personale è educato e carino al massimo. Sono molto puliti, c'è anche la cucina a vista. Che dire ? Consigliatissimo. Anche per chi non a il sushi come me è ottimo perché ci sono piatti buonissimo come laziji, ehi thai curry, tartare di salmone fantastica.....andateci
14/12/2024: Semplicemente da provare , gustare, prendersi tutto il tempo possibile e godere , non mangiare ma godere.
Amiamo la cucina orientale, però Fooda è un altro livello ..
Chi ama le sorprese, chi ama la cucina fantasiosa, sicuramente è un must a Merano .

I came to dinner with the family and the child gorged himself like crazy!

14/12/2024: Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is undoubtedly among my favorite fusion restaurants in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality.
The dishes are simply impeccable, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed.
The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always friendly and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish.

22/11/2024: Insushi is the classic place where I already know I'm on the safe side when I want sushi. The quality of the food is always impeccable: the fish is very fresh and the dishes are presented with care. Whether it's sushi, sashimi or some hot appetizer, you can see the attention to detail and preparation.
The atmosphere is welcoming, even if the place is not very large. I usually prefer to book, because especially at peak times it can be a bit crowded, but this is also a sign of the popularity of the place.
For me, Insushi is a perfect choice for a quality dinner in Bolzano, whether with friends, as a couple or even just for a quiet evening. A restaurant that continues to confirm itself as among the best in the city in its category!
13/09/2024: Food is great and at very reasonable rice. Sushi rice is well seasoned. Everything is served in big pieces. I've never eaten salmon shasimi cut this big. Totally recommend.

15/12/2024: In my opinion, the best sushi restaurant with an excellent price-performance ratio in the Eisacktal, Wipptal and Pustertal areas. The cleanliness is always good and the staff is friendly. What I really like is the possibility of ordering in the restaurant with your cell phone. I come back regularly and always with pleasure.
This is reflected in lunch and dinner; at lunch you eat for 10-20€ (including a drink) and in the evening you eat for 20-30€ (including a drink). In the evening there is a larger selection available, which is great and definitely justifies the price.

25/12/2024: I went with my family to the mountains in Italy. We were here for five days and I chose this restaurant as the last day, as a farewell to Italy. With strong premonitions that it would be small and bad, but immediately after our arrival, everything that I expected in advance changed. It is a big, spacious and at the same time cozy place. The wait staff magically knew when to come take our order and the waiter was so pleasant and patient and elegant. In my opinion, his approach was suitable for the restaurant. He took our lunch box and left. As soon as I heard him go round the corner, they were already bringing food. It was just what he could take, even if only two plates, so in a moment they brought the third and then lastly the fourth and the fifth plate. We all enjoyed our meals. To pay, we pressed the top of the lighted box on the table to call the attendant to pay.
P.S. Today, my son's inner Shakespeare wrote the review for me, and he really enjoyed the two main courses.
25/12/2024: Pleasant staff, view of the kitchen, fast service despite the large number of guests, wide selection of dishes. The speed of serving the food seems almost impossible to me. 10/10
