08/07/2024: Never expected to eat Chinese food in Italy. Food was decent. Good for a quick bite

03/07/2024: Good Asian restaurant, very nice and quiet environment. Fairly complete menu of various Chinese and Japanese specialties. Fast, friendly service and average prices. Honest.

09/12/2024: Going on Saturday night is definitely not the best option. Lots of people, confusion and chaos, resulting in slow service. The food isn't bad. What we liked the most was the sushi. Portions a little small for the price paid.

Mi trovo benissimo da loro .mi sento a casa e poi sono tutti quanti molto cordiali e simpatici, oltre molto attenti al servizio, con la titolare c'è un bel rapporto ed è veramente piacevole andare nel suo ristorante. Poi devo fare un complimento anche agli chef perché creare quelle pietanze ci vuole il suo tempo e mi chiedo veramente come facciano, sono velocissimi e bravissimi ... li ammiro davvero perché sono tutte cose complicate nel farle!! Se passate per Trento ve lo consiglio davvero tanto. Non vi pentirete.

30/11/2024: Excellent Sushi, all quality sushi, fresh sashimi, lots of choice. One of the best GOA fish I have eaten very good. Good attentive and fast service. Nice place. Slightly high prices should lower things a bit. I'll definitely be back

21/08/2024: Had an amazing lunch here, the waiter seemed burned out, still did his best... ambience very nice, even though the restaurant filled up quite quickly, it didn't get loud. Very enjoyable, good food and got tapwater as requested

21/11/2024: Bamboo is one of those places that wins you over from the first moment. It is without a doubt my favorite Japanese restaurant in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality. The dishes are simply impeccable: sushi and sashimi prepared with the freshest ingredients, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. The tempura is also exceptional, light and crunchy at the right point. Every bite is an experience that makes you understand how much passion and skill there is behind every preparation. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always kind and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish. For me, Bamboo represents the excellence of Japanese cuisine in Bolzano. If you want to enjoy dishes of the highest quality in a refined and welcoming environment, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

09/11/2024: The furniture and various accessories in Chinese style are very beautiful and the service is also worth it for two things, one for the kindness of the waiters and two because they serve the dishes at your table in an average of 15-20 minutes. The food is also good but perhaps the portions should be less abundant.

17/11/2024: Small restaurant, I've been going there for many years. They make the best shrimp tempura ever. The selection is varied, high quality and for a few months they have been offering new combinations, creations from the new chef. Always recommended!

05/11/2024: I wanted to refer to those who make undue use of meal vouchers... going to eat dinner or lunch with meal vouchers on Sundays or on public holidays? Shame on you... meal vouchers as per the contract or tender must be used on working days and one per meal, and the rule. The meal voucher is not cash, its value is 10 to 12% less and it can be redeemed for 60 if not 90 days.

12/12/2024: While visiting Trento for the Christmas markets, we tried this sushi very close to the Museum. I would like to compliment the quality and variety of the food, very different from classic sushi. And I thank Gaia and Martina for their welcome and for guiding us as best as possible in this experience. See you soon!
