30/01/2025: Qualità ottima , accuratezza nella preparazione ( gli chef sono giapponesi davvero !) , prodotti freschi e di alto livello . Sashimi eccellente , onighiri e temaki forse i migliori di Firenze ( e di ristoranti giapponesi ne ho visitati molti). Il personale e’ gentile e disponibile , molto preparato .

27/12/2024: The sign at the entrance says "lunch menu €14.90" and nothing else. Until you are seated it is not specified that it is practically an à la carte menu. You can only choose 6 saucers, each of a specific color. Too bad that the variety of saucers included is poor and the ribbon was always empty. After waiting a while we were told that the kitchen was closing, so we complained and at least got the small plates we were missing. I wanted to get a chirashi on the side to fill me up a little more, but €15 frankly seemed a bit much. The quality does not justify the price: it is slightly higher than any all-you-can-eat sushi.
