01/06/2026: We've been customers of this restaurant since it opened... Last night we returned after a long absence, and after a while we can only confirm everything we've always thought!!! Pure in name and in fact!!!! The highest quality, excellent raw materials, impeccable service!!! Kudos to the scallop and foie gras nigiri, the unagi, and the tuna belly nigiri!!!!
