09/03/2025: Puro is a Japanese-inspired fusion restaurant on one of the main streets of the enchanting Polignano a Mare, in Puglia. The environment is warm and welcoming, the room can accommodate up to fifty seats and in any case well spaced out. The atmosphere is ideal for an intimate dinner and good conversation. The service is attentive, the waiting times are fair and the cost is centered in relation to the quality. We asked for two glasses of wine and two bottles were opened specifically to meet our needs, an unnecessary and much appreciated gesture. Both the taste and the presentation of the dishes won us over. Must try!

08/03/2025: A restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere, a good selection of dishes and friendly service. Nothing extraordinary and could be better both in terms of price and in relation to other good options in the city. The dessert was a disappointment and incompatible with the rest of the dishes.
