07/03/2024: Last night, after a couple of years, we returned here for dinner. We ordered from the à la carte menu and found the prices a little high, probably calibrated to the -20% that you get by ordering on the fork, but still too high (5 euros for Cantonese rice in a Chinese restaurant of this level is too much) . But oh well, this is irrelevant compared to the quality of the food, which I honestly remembered as better. The marinated cabbage was rotten, the Cantonese rice was swimming in seed oil. Last night my partner was nauseous and this morning I had intestinal problems.
I'm also sorry because they are very kind people and have two very cute children, but we really felt bad...

19/03/2024: The sushi is not bad, it is of average quality between the all you can eat and the à la carte one, as far as takeaway is concerned however it is biblical times and a friendliness and kindness on the part of the manager of the shop who served me NON-EXISTENT and with an attitude that I could summarize like this: “But you really have to order here since it's taking us so long and we have little desire, can't we go somewhere else? “….I wasn't told but the attitude, I repeat, spoke for itself….I say if you don't feel like it, do something else!!!!
11/03/2024: a sudden desire for TEXMEX and here I am at the Centenary. Mixed fajitas as always delicious and a really tasty chilli of meat. Always a safe haven if you want to eat Mexican. I got it to take away and enjoyed it at home.

First time in this Due Mappamondi Guida Gambero Rosso restaurant, which offers traditional Japanese cuisine as well as innovative Fusion proposals.
It is located a stone's throw from Piazza San Carlo, in via Secondo Frola, 4/B.
The atmosphere you experience as soon as you enter is of a modern and carefully furnished environment.
We tasted Trio Mare e Monti (Mini flambéed scallop tartare - chifa sauce, Nigiri seared salmon - aji amarillo cream, Nigiri foie gras Roasted Rougié - garlic teriyaki), Gyoza Mix (Composition of the four tapioca flour ravioli: Cuttlefish, Prawns , Pork and Vegetables), Iberian Pig (Iberian pork cheek in hoisin sauce, steamed Bao and kimizu sauce), Classic Mixed Sashimi 12 pcs (Selection of raw fish and shellfish by the Chef), Special Nigiri Mix 6 pcs (Mixed selection special nigiri), Amaebi Roll 4 pcs (Red prawns from Mazara del Vallo, Argentinian prawns, salad, avocado, tobiko and mango and passion fruit sauce), Hotate Kai 4 pcs (Rice with squid ink, scallops, avocado, yuzu zest and mandarin sauce), Yaki Udon (Thick soft wheat spaghetti, prawns, vegetables, eggs and flakes of Katsuobushi smoked tuna), all truly delicious and made with excellent raw materials.
The room service is professional and precise. The prices of the dishes are appropriate to the proposal and the quality offered.
Excellent address, absolutely worth a try.

The sushi selection is nothing short of remarkable. Each piece is a testament to the chef's precision and creativity, seamlessly blending traditional techniques with innovative twists.
My boyfriend has been multiple times in Japan and said that the quality of the cut and the quality of the fish is incredibly high! Fresh and vibrant, we felt transported away from Torino straight to Japan.
(The Iberian pork is a must-try, I often read a lot of reviews and didn’t see it anywhere in the reviews so I’m mentioning it - unfortunately I forgot to take a picture: it is a bao with a delicious tender meat and there was a yellow paste (not sure what it was but was delicious).
Regarding the service it was impeccable!
I could go on and on but I will simply summarize with : the food was exceptional and definitely more than worth the price.

13/03/2024: Era la seconda volta, dopo Kensho, che provavo un sushi a Torino. Il locale, nei pressi di Porta Susa, è molto elegante con una decina di tavoli. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, pesce fresco e preparato con cura. Ho scelto un classico sashimi, nigiri salmon, gunak salmon e tropical salmon [Sì in effetti ho una passione smodata per il salmone]. In due, 70 euro a persona. Molto buono.

06/04/2024: We are vegetarians and found so many different options. Everything was delicious, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is nice and the place is well looked after. The only small sore point is the service which, despite being very fast, is not the friendliest in the world, but given the quality of everything else it doesn't matter!☺️

24/03/2024: Often going to bomaki murazzi, last night for my birthday, I found the service not attentive, the food good although I must say that lately I've been finding less quality than usual, a small table in a passageway of the kitchen and so not comfortable with the waiters often bumping into my station
The only place where I have always had the pleasure of spending my money but which is starting to change my mind in recent months.
22/03/2024: Very good food and fair prices, we had lunch on the river in the sun on a splendid spring day. Everything would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the service: rude and arrogant waitresses, I hope one of the two was on her first day at work, otherwise I highly recommend you teach her how to do this job. The fact that we were literally chased away at 3.00 pm was unacceptable!!!!

16/02/2024: As usual we follow the sheep..!! All negative reviews made 2 weeks ago... based on one article?? Do you know if things really happened like this? I have simply been a customer for years and I can confirm that the food has not killed us (especially the children who have always exaggerated with the portions, nothing has ever happened). Having said that, don't denigrate just based on hearsay but go further... always if your brain allows you to.
15/02/2024: Let's start from the assumption that for me if you close tomorrow you make a better impression, the respect you have towards customers as in this case concerns me and I also speak up about the rest of the place and that is that I sit down at 8.30 and receive food at 10.00 despite the immediate delivery of the order and you gave us two dishes and they disappeared for at least 45 minutes as they were busy managing the deliveries and then on a 20in of seats 3 of us behind a counter making sushi and a waiter who takes away the dishes with still some food without even understanding what he is doing and despite this you have another couple next to me not even 1 meter away given the short distances we didn't even have privacy protection.
I wonder how it is possible that a place like this is still open with all this incompetence. We should have read the reviews first and unfortunately we ended up with you. For the little we ate, I can't imagine what we actually ate, given the poor hygiene presented by the newspaper and the intervention of the nas.
You wanted to charge me €50 and then lower the price to €40 to make it up to you. It's not the price or the discount, it's the respect you have for people, it's really petty. But beyond that you laughed and responded in a polite manner, I was with my woman because I assure you that if I was alone I wouldn't even give you that money because I felt cheated and left on an empty stomach. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
