27/01/2025: Location molto suggestiva con un giardino a dir poco meraviglioso, per il resto un po deludente, servizio così così, cibo niente di che…i prezzi troppo alti per quello che viene offerto. A mio parere il tutto dovrebbe essere più in linea….

slow, distracted and terrible service
I had to ask for things several times and they didn't even bring them to me..
I waited an hour.. and after two dishes my appetite had gone
I strongly advise against it

the waiters are inattentive and slow
i asked for cutlery and they brought it to me after the third time i asked
the plates arrived after an hour and they hadn't even brought me water..
they continued to serve the tables that i had already eaten enough to be able to wait for the new customers to be served..
if you have allergies always ask if the plates are without what you asked for because they are not attentive
i don't recommend it
rather spend a little more but at least you will be sure to eat well

01/05/2025: Ristorante tipico giapponese ispirato anche nell'arredamento a zone tipiche del Giappone. Ovviamente le portate principali sono i ramen di vari tipi però il menu è abbastanza vario con piatti anche che si trovano tranquillamente in un qualunque ristorante di sushi perciò anche a chi non piace il ramen può scegliere altro senza problemi. Io personalmente ho provato il riso con manzo,vitello,cipollotto e uova sode ed era ottimo! Anche i dolci sono molto buoni, secondo me da provare i dorayaki originali o con la variante al cioccolato e i mochi a chi piacciono.
Il ristorante è piccolo però davvero ben tenuto e il personale gentile e disponibile.
Lo consiglio agli amanti del genere e, perché no, anche a chi non ha mai provato questo tipo di cucina.
Prezzo onesto e in linea con la qualità e quantità.

03/06/2025: Based on my experience, a ramen per 8.50 euro was delicious and other things were great, for instance - noodle with shrimps per 8.50 euro and gyoza gamberi 4 euro. I can't complain about other stuff.

10/05/2025: In the plaza, downstairs part of food court. I honestly only tried iced tea both pink and matcha flavors. The drinks have zero sweet taste! I have no clue why is this! It’s seems like providing nutrition for sick people with high sugars! So technically my drink tastes nothing, except some macha, the additional “pink” flavor was at the bottom of the cup and barely added anything. Prices are ok. And the lady on the cashier was kind and speaks good English. The place is small and has few seats.

06/01/2025: All you Can Eat pessimo.
La formula tutto incluso “all you Can Eat” prevede solo 5 piatti a testa. (Un ossimoro) Si può ordinare solo da cellulare dove è impossibile capire gli ingredienti del piatto. Se si invia un ordine, bisogno aspettare almeno 10 minuti per quello successivo. I piatti sono dozzinali e quasi tutti necessitano di un sovrapprezzo rispetto il prezzo della formula “all you Can Eat”
Piatti caldi serviti tiepidi, sashimi di gamberi servito ancora gelido invece.
Nei 3 bagni i Ldespenser del sapone era vuoto.

14/05/2025: Allora per me questo ristorante è ottimo 👌 si mangia benissimo e poi c’è il bancone e girano i piatti. Ve lo consiglio vivamente perché l’atmosfera è tranquilla ☺️ e rilassante per il tempo di attesa e pochissimo e poi lo ribadisco il cibo e squisito!!! Il servizio è ottimo 👌 seti li chiedi qualcosa che è introvabile nella maggior parte dei ristoranti giapponesi tipo il Michi non so il giapponese però ci ho provato

05/03/2025: Zen Sushi è una delle realtà più consolidate della cucina giapponese a Milano, con un’offerta che punta su freschezza e accessibilità. L’ambiente è essenziale, con il kaiten sushi a rendere l’esperienza più dinamica, anche se il servizio al tavolo risulta più accurato. Il sashimi si distingue per la qualità del pesce e il taglio preciso, mentre il nigiri è ben bilanciato, pur con un riso migliorabile nella lavorazione. La tempura è leggera e croccante, mentre i roll, pensati per il gusto occidentale, risultano piacevoli ma a volte sovraccarichi di condimenti. Una scelta affidabile per chi cerca sushi di buona qualità senza eccessi formali.
