02/01/2025: Always kind and service always at the top

30/12/2024: I give one star because what happened is truly absurd and embarrassing for how it was handled, work lunch break we arrive we order in a single block as it was a quick lunch break 2 adults and a little girl we order at 12.39pm at 1.15pm half of the stuff ordered had yet to arrive, after we had already asked why but with an answer of little concreteness, further time passed and in any case nothing arrived so I asked again after 5 minutes that the little girl still had to eat and if they could at this point give me the take away portion of mixed fried food for the little girl since she still had to eat and we had to go back to work, I was answered with a strange face as if to say no, but I'm asking! He asks and I am told ok, while I am in a hurry I pay, I am apologized for their mistake and I am presented with a nice full bill of €56 and a micro portion of take-away fish for my daughter!!! Moral of the story, I'll pay, I'll go out and say NEVER AGAIN!!! I don't know what happened in the kitchen since they forgot half the order but I know for sure that it's not the way to treat a customer!!! As far as I'm concerned, it should be deleted! The only plus point goes to the poor boy who was making sushi next to us who is the only one who asked and noticed the problem that he didn't get to the food and who realized that the little girl hadn't eaten anything!!! The owner didn't have any problems other than saying sorry it was our mistake! Really embarrassing to charge a full price to a little girl who came out with a tiny tray of fish in her hand!!!!!!

07/01/2025: Everything was terrible.. rude waiters who kept speaking in Chinese and staring at our table.. they made us feel very uncomfortable.. they sold us the €17 menu and we were convinced that it was the €14 one.. the problem wasn't it's the €3 difference, the problem is that they didn't even inform us that they would give us the menu which costs more... then when we pointed it out to the waitress her response was that it was her mistake and that the next time he would have warned before.. but we always paid €17 instead of €14.. I will definitely not go back again.. Then they made us pay €12 for a 3 year old girl who literally ate 4 chips since she had eaten before going to the restaurant...

04/01/2025: assolutamente non ordinerò mai più da loro! la consegna è stata fatta dopo 40 minuti con cibo freddo nonostante ci fossimo offerti di pagare la consegna. personale sgarbato.

14/01/2025: Best sushi in Mantua, it's a shame not all people understand what it means to eat good sushi and are fooled by commercial and poor quality places. If you want to eat excellent sushi I only recommend Osaka! Perfect rice, always generous and fresh portions, spectacular sashimi! Fantastic staff!

01/01/2025: I was in the area for work and we happened upon it almost by chance. We spent a super evening, also thanks to the friendly Davide, who treated us like friends from home. I hope to come back to visit you soon and thank you for the excellent food you offer.

23/12/2024: I've been going there for years but unfortunately I have to say that it no longer has even the slightest thing from the past there is no quality suschi tasteless sashimi cut like inedible steak I really felt bad and already the second time I thought the first was a coincidence but I wanted to give a another schans being a loyal customer I'm sorry but I won't come back the last time I ate two things I got up paid and I didn't want to say anything but I will never go there again
