14/02/2026: A very serious, dangerous, and completely unacceptable experience. I placed an order, including veggie tacos, clearly specifying twice over the phone that I'm allergic to Philadelphia and specifically asking NOT to include it. They reassured me. When I received the order, it apparently wasn't visible, but upon closer inspection, I discovered that the Philadelphia had been placed anyway, hidden under the veggie tacos. If I hadn't noticed in time, I could have ended up in the hospital. Even worse, when I called the restaurant to report the incident, they told me "it can happen because they're messed up." This isn't an excuse; it's an irresponsible and dangerous response. If you're messed up, don't accept orders, especially when an allergy is reported. People's health is not a small matter. Furthermore, the order was completely cold, sloppily presented, and of terrible quality. The food was inedible, far from the standards I'd known in the past. Half the food was thrown away carelessly. I paid for service that turned out to be terrible in every way: quality, attention, and especially safety. I will never order from this restaurant again and I strongly advise against it, especially to anyone with allergies or intolerances. This kind of behavior is serious and unacceptable.

03/03/2026: I don't understand the other reviews; they must be confusing it with another restaurant... The lunch special tells you that you have to eat everything or you'll pay more, which is fine to avoid waste, but unfortunately, none of the dishes had any flavor; everything was bland or even too greasy. You're asked to order your dishes in a specific order, but everything arrives randomly.

16/03/2026: I have very mixed feelings… The food was good, the restaurant's decor is beautiful, and the concept could be great, but I don't know if it was just an off day, but my partner and I were very disappointed with our experience. It was our first time trying an all-you-can-eat buffet where you order as you go, and as a result, we made sure not to order too much at once in order to "benefit from more efficient service," as stated on their menu. However, for our first order (four small appetizers and one sushi), we had to wait almost 40 minutes, and I had to ask the server again for the sushi. At the time, we thought it was an oversight, that these things happen, and that the sushi is made fresh to order, so it takes time, so we let it go. Later, we ordered more sushi, and once again, the wait was long. Meanwhile, we noticed that a couple who arrived after us had already ordered a large quantity (including sushi), been served, eaten, and left, while we had been waiting for our second order for 30 minutes. After receiving and eating almost everything, one dish I had ordered was still missing, and my boyfriend wanted to reorder something. So, I had to ask the server again if something had been forgotten and told him we would like to reorder. Ten minutes later, a waitress arrived with a large tray full of sushi that we hadn't ordered at all. Since there's an extra charge for any unfinished dish to avoid food waste, and the tray was larger than what we had actually ordered, and worried that the rest of our order would arrive later, I called the server back again to let him know about the mistake, and he took the tray with him. A little later, he came back with a small tray that I thought was the correct order this time, but after checking, I realized there were 12 pieces of sushi instead of 8, and it wasn't even what I had ordered. At that point, my partner and I had had enough. We ate what was left and headed to the reception desk to pay and leave as quickly as possible. To conclude, I should also add that one of the waitresses really seemed unhappy to be there; she was dragging her feet around the restaurant, and when she finally brought us a dish, it really seemed like our presence was exhausting her. In short, even though the food was very good, the service left much to be desired.

28/01/2026: The place was very nice, and the raw ham was very good. The rice noodles, however, were inedible, and the fried food was a bit greasy. Service was slow at first; we had to wait ages for them to take our order, and then they brought everything so fast that there wasn't even room on the table, and I had to eat with my plate in my hand.

21/03/2026: A wonderful place to eat in Diano Marina, especially off-season. I had the opportunity to try several places and settled on this cozy restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is lovely. I've been there during peak season too and everything was still great!

29/11/2025: We ordered takeout and were impressed by the owner's attentiveness, who even called us back to let us know our order was ready, given our delay. He and the entire staff were extremely kind and helpful, even offering us a complimentary drink. We've tried many restaurants, but such genuine courtesy is truly rare: we felt welcomed at every turn. The food was also impeccable, tasty and prepared with obvious care, all at more than fair prices. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely return.
