05/04/2024: Zushi is a culinary experience not to be missed! Despite being a chain, it has a high quality of raw material and it is possible to find many interesting dishes. We often use takeaway and I must say that even in this case it is top!

01/03/2024: Terrible experience, leaving aside the food and location about which nothing can be said, well-kept environment, quality food and menu with refined ingredients. Terrible service, after 20 minutes of sitting down I was asked to order the last things because the kitchen had to close and so as not to miss anything the waitress dropped the dish, soiling 2 jackets, an acceptable mistake if it hadn't been done pay the cover charge which is 3 euros per person. Anything is fine but 6 euro cover charge for a lunch where we were rushed and where among other things 2 jackets were soiled, no, any restaurateur would have removed this amount from the bill as a matter of respect and courtesy not so much for the figure itself. For the rest, the place was decent, friendly staff but I won't go back

25/03/2024: Not good experience. Almost empty place on any Monday. We order easy, steamed meat ravioli, soy spaghetti, and white rice. Half an hour of waiting for ravioli in a half-empty room. I only wait for them if they are closed by hand with fresh pasta and instead they are most likely frozen and even arrive lukewarm on cold plates. Shortly afterwards the spaghetti arrives. This is not a starred restaurant, I expect a portion if not abundant, at least normal, standard, but instead a portion arrives which is a generous forkful, squashed onto a flat plate that looks like a dessert, on the plate there is more seasoning than spaghetti . There is maybe a centimeter thickness of spaghetti. I didn't expect the Cheops pyramid, but I didn't expect an omelette either. I tell the waiter, and ask for another portion but a large one. One arrives not only identical to the first, but much saltier (mystery). The rice arrives after almost 50 minutes, a bowl three fingers high and no more than 7 wide. The prices are popular, but if you write spaghetti, one expects a plate of spaghetti, and not a taste of squashed spaghetti. I explained to the owner my incomplete satisfaction, but she didn't understand, denying everything. I don't think I will return and I don't think I will recommend it. In Bologna there are many, the choice is wide.

25/03/2024: Without praise or infamy... the cooked food is not excellent, but the quality of the raw fish seems good. Too bad about the service... the staff are almost all annoyed and not very courteous

13/03/2024: A popular place especially on Thursdays where it is literally impossible to enter if you haven't booked a table. Too many people allowed, which makes it impossible to move inside the room. being open to the public after dinner, the people who stop after having eaten dinner are added to those who arrive to use the bar. The location in the city that is easy to reach is a winner. Difficult to find parking. Nice atmosphere, a bit "Lust for Milan" in Bologna but it's the trend of the moment. high prices compared to the quality of the food, the bar and the service which would need to be reviewed, drinks cannot be served with 4 fingers of ice!!!!! It is not uncommon to pay for bottles sent to tables other than the recipient, and for items of food and drinks in addition to those consumed. especially if there are numerous tables. the vocalist is nice and approachable, but not too engaging, music that is too loud and not always exciting. a place that lacks originality and personality, does not have a precise distinctive note. Sin . possibility of meeting old and new "characters" of Bologna.

03/03/2024: Aesthetically pleasing restaurant, even if it is a pure copy and paste of many places now built in series, in the Milanese style. Decent food, but nothing special, especially when compared to the prices. Let's talk about prices, it's ok to have high prices if you offer particularly refined or elaborate dishes or drinks, it's different to simply raise the prices of things that are worth much less. €10 for half a liter of Asahi, a purchase cost of between 1 and 2 euros, is madness. Service ok but not up to the prices
