31/03/2024: Very bad. Since it changed management, the food is appalling, the service is scandalous, and it's not possible that when I arrive I find the table set with dirty chairs and food remains! I'm sorry to say, I was a regular customer, but I will never go back.

07/04/2024: In this place you will find the essence of eating ramen, a really comfortable place and quick and very attentive service. Try all the ramen on the menu because they will all amaze you. The depth of the broth's flavors will leave you with a flavor you won't be able to forget in a hurry. An honorable mention to the dry ramen to be composed however you like best

26/03/2024: Courtesy is not your strong point, after my normal request to be moved to a more secluded place, I was told no because larger groups of people could arrive. A couple stands up at a more secluded table and my request to be able to sit there was answered in a rude and annoyed way, when the only one who was annoyed by this answer must have been me since I don't even take reservations by phone. In the end they moved us and I stayed there despite the rude response from the waitress, know that I didn't take it and I left only because I wanted to try this place, which also disappointed me. Learn to communicate with customers or change jobs

25/02/2024: Siamo stati qui a gennaio con amici eravamo in 15 ed abbiamo preso cucina cinese: riso Cantonese spaghetti di soia spaghetti di riso gamberi agrodolce, gamberi fritti verdure saltate, ravioli di gamberi al vapore e sorbetti e gelato fritto, acqua e tre bottiglie di vino e birra. Speso 22 euro a testa e mangiato molto bene .

27/03/2024: Esperienza culinaria unica, quasi spirituale. Difficilmente, anche in ristoranti di pregio, si trova personale così corretto, appassionato e professionale. Il gusto invece non lo descrivo perché occorre che sia il palato ad occuparsene. Il meglio del meglio, punto.

08/03/2024: Excellent sushi to take away or with home delivery. I find it quite expensive but the high quality is noticeable. The only defects: the kappa hosomaki were open (not closed well, the rice was not attached to the seaweed) and in the bag with the order that I collected the boy had forgotten to put the chopsticks.

23/02/2024: The staff is very nice and helpful ready to help you at any time the sushi was fresh and melted in your mouth you could feel the quality of the fish and even the next day I wasn't bad sushi highly recommended

02/03/2024: I found myself yesterday, with my family, in this sushi bar, j-soul. This is Japanese cuisine, certainly not "all you can eat", its quality is unquestionable. The room where you can consume what you ordered in peace is unique: sober, welcoming, well-kept and with low-volume jazz music. It is a type of cuisine that focuses entirely on quality, and, as far as I have seen, they have succeeded. It's true that a satisfied customer doesn't write reviews, but simply comes back, however I wanted to share my excellent experience. Until next time.

25/02/2024: Discreet, good! pairing ideas for the rolls that positively surprised me, the ones with pepper are top!!!!! The only negative note is the tempering of the sashimi, really too cold and it would be nice to have a micro paper placemat. I came back and confirm what was written, the food is excellent, but it's really cold...if it were at room temperature it would be fantastic. Ah, the tempura honestly doesn't live up to expectations, but you can't give up on fried food even if it's imperfect

01/04/2024: Surprise of surprises in Cesenatico, a small Sushi Bar with few seats, intimate, welcoming, beautiful lighting, soft but not too much, I'd say just right! But let's talk about the food which I found really good and fresh, (ordered ravioli with shrimp fried in a batter twice🤪, explosion of taste, I highly recommend trying them!!!!😋) Beautiful presentation of the dishes and very kind the gentleman who served us! What more can I say? I'll post some photos and hope to return one day!!!! Thank youeeeeee🤩
