06/04/2024: A little place in the heart of Rimini where you can eat excellent Ramen and other Japanese delicacies. I penalized the environment because it is really small and, despite the nice idea of sharing a table with strangers, we find ourselves too attached to each other. The Miso Ramen I ordered was exquisite, a fragrant and tasty broth, abundant noodles, crispy pork belly and delicious shiitake mushrooms. The bao with pulled pork was also tasty, as were the squid ink gyoza with prawns. The only disappointing course was the dessert: the chocolate dorayaki were frozen, rubbery and tasteless. Even the dishes, as beautiful as they were, didn't seem very clean to me... be careful! With two ramen beers and water we spent €33.65 each. The final idea of writing on a colored sheet of paper and hanging your "ikigai" = purpose/dream in life is wonderful.
06/04/2024: I think this is the best Japanese ramen in Rimini and probably in all of Italy, even after living in Japan for six months, however, the reason I only gave it three stars is that they recently removed the Spicy Ramen, which was the best ever. the menu, compared to Tokyo Ramen It is light, Spicy Ramen will not make you feel irritatingly spicy, it will just bring a spicy and salty taste. The charcoal grilled pork is even more outstanding, and it is also paired with white radish and shiitake mushrooms to make the aroma even more intense. First of all, it is really not easy to eat ramen of this quality in Italy. However, this delight is now gone, replaced by Miso Ramen. I tried it too, but it's definitely not as spicy as Spicy Ramen. The flavor of Miso Ramen resembles the most common ramen I've ever had in a Japanese university cafeteria. Thanks to Miso It is a type of sauce as popular as instant noodle seasoning in Japan: in Japanese university canteens it costs around 3 euros, here it costs 15.9 euros. I think this is not a very positive change: the original base of the spicy ramen soup is made with chicken broth, which is more careful than the Miso seasoning package. I hope they can change the menu, or at least not cancel the Spicy Ramen. The reason why I still support this ramen restaurant when the price of the original product is already about three times that of Japan is because they originally had a good product. Don't delete it!

10/10/2023: Strong disappointment, I had a salmon Poke and for the umpteenth time the fish was clearly old and they even added vinegar to cover the unpleasant smell of the salmon, it was rubbery and dark, not to mention the rice and the rotten avocado, I had to throw everything away, even the sushi. I will never go back, don't joke about raw fish. NB in response to the comment, so that you can verify carefully what was given to me, I took it on Sunday and spent 32.8 euros "wasting" the Poke, I ordered it on the site, the fish smelled terribly like rice, it was all old, perhaps already made for a long time. It's not done like that

I have two plates in front of me, I finish one and I don't have time to finish it before he takes it away from under me while I'm eating from the plate next to it without even politely asking "sorry, can I..?"
For drinking I was given a can and a glass, as soon as I finished the glass he was taking it away from me... But why on earth, once the liquid in the glass was finished, should I drink from the can if I have the glass there?
As soon as he tried to guess that I was full and that I wouldn't order anything else (which wasn't true), he asked me if he could take the menu away (and the second time he asked for chopsticks)... But what if I still wanted to continue eating? ??
But what is this rush to clear the table as much as I can? The place had only a quarter of the tables occupied, as if there were all this crowd of people to manage.
Waitress... relax a little please....

13/03/2024: Excellent dinner, super service, elegant setting. Little by little the All you can restaurants... continue to lower the quality, in Modena I had several references in this sense but one by one they are decaying even though they don't cost little. At Zushi you order à la carte, perhaps spending a little more but the quality is decidedly higher. Better to go to "Giappo" once less but eat well.....

The most scandalous thing is undoubtedly the bill: €9 for a portion of udon, NINE EUROS, udon that I had explicitly requested only with vegetables and instead there were prawns. The spring rolls were extremely greasy and brown probably fried in a non-exhausted oil, more so. I'm sorry but I strongly advise against it.

The restaurant is located in Rivabella di Rimini.
The sea view is breathtaking and creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The service is always courteous and professional.
Every time we go there, we order various courses, my family and I are now loyal customers, we have always been fascinated by the variety of flavors they offer us every time.
The fish is always very fresh and cooked to perfection.
Furthermore, the menu offers a wide selection of dishes that pair perfectly with the dishes. It's a dining experience we won't soon forget.

La salsa di soia è troppo troppo salata. Delusione . Consiglio il sushi in via Mazzini 45a, posto veramente sublime.
22/03/2024: The dishes are undoubtedly good and the place is nice, the only complaint is that the sushi rolls are cut a little large and it is difficult to eat them. I thought it was a coincidence the first time I was there, but I noticed it the second time too. If you improved this thing it would be a great restaurant :)
