02/06/2025: I frequent this delicious Japanese restaurant after a recommendation from a friend. The place is very clean and tidy. The first important thing is that they are Japanese. We thank Ria and Rachele for the impeccable and discreet service, always very attentive. Since I am allergic to various food treatments especially fish I feel like recommending this restaurant for the impeccable quality of the fish. Never had a problem. The portions are just right, each dish is taken care of in every way. The desserts are a true masterpiece. Excellent choice of wines. The appetizer offered while you are waiting for your order is appreciable. Thanks to the Matzuri staff 🌊🍤🍱🥟🍶🥢

Everything is very authentic, and the owner is very welcoming. I recommend it 1000% P.S. I personally recommend trying the plum wine, it's delicious here

16/04/2025: A memorable lunch with an essential menu. All tasty and particular, but also fresh and enveloping with desserts. Service directly from the chef in a room all to ourselves. Miso ramen: simply perfect. Tonkotsu ramen: white fluid scent, reminiscent of a refined broth of innards. Gyoza: Extremely tasty mix of meat, almost too potent for some of us. The red bean-based desserts are interesting and beautiful. Excellent green tea. Account proportionate to quality. A space stripped of frills with authentic touches. Welcoming staff.

06/06/2025: As an Asian traveler in Europe, I was always missing Asian cuisine. Luckily, I stumbled upon this Chinese-Japanese restaurant near my hotel. To my surprise, the food was incredibly delicious, capturing the essence of Asian flavors with near-perfect authenticity—easily a 9/10. The prices were very reasonable, making it a fantastic find. Highly recommended!

19/04/2025: It's our favorite Chinese restaurant! Always excellent food, even takeaway is tasty. Excellent quality raw materials. Everyone, especially the owner, is very kind and friendly, with particular attention to children. Excellent cleaning. There is really no comparison with any other unique restaurant in the surroundings of Trento/Pergine.

01/06/2025: My partner and I celebrated his birthday here on April 8th. It was a perfect evening, the tasting menu (we had the full version but there is also a reduced version with a few less courses) is a succession of never banal flavors and unusual combinations, focused on the sea. Each dish is a contemporary work of art, also from an aesthetic point of view. In the dining room we were "pampered" by Beppe who made us feel at ease and explained all the dishes. Very well-stocked cellar. Compliments again to chef Perata, an authentic artist, who had the opportunity to briefly tell us the history of the restaurant, since we asked him, amazed, why it didn't have a Michelin star. He would fully deserve it. A spurcacciuna is a pampering that deserves it.
