I recommend letting yourself be guided by the chef's proposals, they are a real culinary journey, an explosion of flavours, and if you are not an expert, let yourself be carried away by the sake tasting, the sommeliers are highly trained, a special note to Mr. Paolo, I it opened a world. A truly special place, perfect for a romantic occasion or dinner. Well done!!!

05/04/2024: I don't understand why I could have eaten badly in a restaurant with good reviews! My friends and I had very high expectations but the disappointment was huge! But I wonder: did we have the day, didn't we? Wasn't the usual chef there? It could fit... The ramen had a piece of seaweed and a small piece of tofu then all broth, an aubergine appetizer was very salty, inedible! The invisible sashimi! And white rice no comment! The green tea was good, the soy pods were good... but I also found the location not up to expectations, I was expecting a place with attention to detail. No I'm sorry but it wasn't what I expected!

The food is truly spectacular, obviously nothing like the various all you can eat options. Everything obviously reflects on the cost, which is more expensive, but absolutely fair. furthermore, in the restaurant's car park there is also the possibility of charging an electric car, with a private charging station. It's a shame that that evening the two parking spaces were occupied by two thermal cars, unfortunately a situation that we who travel by electric know well, rude and ignorant people who perhaps also park in the spaces for the disabled. Clearly it is not the fault of the operator but perhaps a sign or ban should be put up. PS the green tea tiramisu is amazing!

In an a la carte sushi, and in general in an a la carte restaurant, first of all I expect the dish to be explained to me, and that there are more than 7 wines, whites, of which 2 are not present. The choice is reduced to 5. At Kensho, for example, they prepare the sushi for me in my presence. At Shizen they have excellent char and excellently composed dishes, smoked salmon and others. from koi there is excellent wagyu and excellent carabineros and mazzara del vallo prawns. None of these choices from her. From a sashimi I expect scallops, red prawns, del toro (which you surely know what it is), carabineros prawns, and a variety of dishes that are not limited to the usual 8 pieces of classic all-you-can-eat sushi that has put the a la carte prices so much for. This seemed like where I ended up yesterday. Plus everything was frozen. Furthermore, where I go the customers will probably eat junk, maybe they can spend, but the tables are full. But maybe yesterday it was full at her place but I don't remember it. Furthermore, as you noted, we took the menu precisely because we are used to trying what the kitchen offers and we were not impressed. In my opinion, the gunkan, a bit of variety of tartare, the carpaccio and the tosa-mi which is definitely known as tataki were missing. Furthermore, if he offers a menu of 8 he can also explain that the dishes are assembled with multiple courses so that I don't have to wait for 8 dishes. But if no one explains it to me, I end up waiting 20 minutes for dessert, as we pointed out to you yesterday. I repeat them.
