26/03/2025: Amazing! We chose the 10 course Circus Menu with wine pairing and were wowed from start to finish. The service was top-notch; and all of the dishes were sublime. The progression of dishes flowed naturally; and the balance of flavors from multiple influences was impressive. Wish I could eat here every week!

04/03/2025: Higher level restaurant, price justified by the excellent quality of the raw materials and above all the preparations, exclusive and unusual recipes that make the meal an experience worth trying. Very varied and complete menu ranging from the classic to the most particular and exclusive dishes accompanied by some very special seasonal off-menu dishes. The only flaw (if you really want to find it) is a little too dark and dark... For the rest, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and elegant environment
