I ordered a Risotto without any problems for an excellent one (sometimes you have to beg for it in some other starred restaurant..) The photos hanging on the walls tell the story and soul of the people who gave life to this place, making the experience even more authentic. Excellent food, evocative environment and a strong connection with the roots of the territory. Definitely a place to visit and recommend!

11/02/2025: Everything perfect. Courteous, attentive and prepared service, always present. Clean and well-kept place. Even if almost full, the spaces and acoustics are well managed. The menu offers a wide choice of pizzas that look and smell very inviting. We had two second courses that satisfied us in every way (product quality, cooking, temperature): sliced ​​yellowfin tuna in a sesame seed crust, rocket and capers with grilled vegetables and sliced ​​beef on rocket with baked potatoes. Followed by two homemade desserts, as they should be: panna cotta with berries and tiramisu. A great lunch like this makes the days more beautiful! Highly recommended!!

09/02/2025: Pastry shop with a wide choice of breakfast desserts, but they also sell bread, pizza, breadsticks etc. Excellent value for money, coffee €1 and Sicilian cannoli €2 (a few km further on they sell it for €3.80!!!!); really everything was delicious. I went on Sunday morning at rush hour, with the queue stretching all the way out the door, but within 5 minutes it was already my turn, very friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend this place

16/02/2025: To be truly correct, I'll start with the positive things (which are few, unfortunately). The pizza was sufficient, a political 6. I have absolutely eaten worse and in my humble opinion it was cooked well. It's a shame that there was no salt in the sauce but whatever, reading other reviews I consider myself lucky to have at least eaten it cooked and at the same time as my husband. Ok I'd say the positive things are over. The place is old, the furniture is old, the fake plants that you find in every corner, the table centerpieces with a used candle placed there just to say that they put it there or rather strategically arranged to cover the stain on the tablecloth which, let's face it, I absolutely expect to find a place like this. A place stuck in the 90s (the bad taste of the 90s eh) and this can be seen not only from the furnishings but also and above all from the absolutely inappropriate attitude of the owner and all the waitresses. If the place were mine, this experience would have been enough to send everyone home. When you offer a service it is not enough to cook (and even in a mediocre way), if you take money you must offer a 360 degree welcome. We entered at 8.25pm ​​and went to the counter where the owner told a gentleman to wait for take-away pizzas, then started washing glasses and talking to other members of staff. How long do you think it took him to ask us what we wanted or just to say good evening? 5 minutes!!!! 5 minutes to say "tell me gentlemen" He then made us sit without bringing a shred of menu or a bottle of water. Moral of the story we sat senselessly until 8.40pm before a waitress asked us if we wanted anything. Ordered two pizzas, a water and a beer. The pizzas arrived at 9.07pm! In summary we entered at 8.25pm ​​and started eating almost 50 minutes later!!! But maybe that was the problem! Let's hope! The problem is that in a public place that offers a service, one still has to submit to the rude, disrespectful, anti-professional treatment of these people who don't know how to put themselves at the service of the (paying) customer. Make you wait? It can happen! Apologize, smile, be friendly! These are not only the basics of those who manage a business and work in contact with the public but they are the basics of common life! Shame! I won't be going back and will spread the word!

Good restaurant with fast and efficient service, excellent Florentine steak and other grilled meats. More than satisfactory quality/price ratio.
03/12/2024: I was in Friuli and some friends of ours took us to eat at a very characteristic place, the food, for those who love meat, is ten times the meat they make before your eyes, the chef is very nice. I highly recommend...keep up the good work.
