06/07/2025: We had dinner at sunset. Magnificent view. Very pleasant terrace. The food was good but not up to the standard of the venue. It's still a superb rooftop.

19/08/2025: Exceptional courtesy of the entire staff at every opportunity. The rooms are quite large, neat and well equipped. Parking is available. Breakfast is classic Italian with a variety of foods. The food in the restaurant is excellent, high-quality and excellently prepared. The owner and the entire staff pay full attention to make the guests feel welcome and to be served. We emphasize the professionalism of the staff because the forgotten ring in the room was waiting for us at the reception after our return. Honest recommendations!

14/07/2025: We ate at Ristorante Da Afro and can honestly say it was the best meal of our entire trip. The welcome was something special: they made us feel right at home. The food was simply fantastic. An authentic experience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s truly worth visiting Spilimbergo just to eat here. It’s a place you absolutely can’t miss. 17/08/2025: I'd heard great things about it for years, and finally decided to stop in for dinner last night with my family. I have to say, the warm welcome and friendliness are the highlight. The meats and wines are exquisite. As are the desserts. I highly recommend Trattoria al Caminetto.

04/08/2025: Nice, clean, and well-kept place. Dinner for two was pleasant and quality. My only personal complaint is that I would lower the temperature of the cast iron plates for the meats a bit. A definite stop.

01/09/2025: Very central hotel, very clean, helpful and attentive staff with an attached restaurant and bar, the only flaw was that on Friday evening and the following evening until 2-3 am numerous young people in the terrace under our window were drinking and squawking until late at night (fortunately double windows muffled the cheerful chatter).

NB: The restaurant's strong point is "Chef de Rang" Robin (competence, professionalism, and above all quality), who will make you feel at home.

01/09/2025: Staff leaves something to be desired... very bad behavior... selects customers based on nationality... They saw us as foreigners, we being Romanians... we were greeted by a fat and arrogant man, he being the head of the hall.... My opinion is that he is hired to chase away customers, he spent the day and took the money... he doesn't care if a customer came in who wants to consume, to leave a penny. Head of the hall or whatever, and two other waitresses the same behavior... abhorrent

07/08/2025: Dear Arezzo visitors, Today we went to a small, charming restaurant in the old town to enjoy the atmosphere with a drink. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the waiter immediately informed us that we only had 20 minutes, as the place is primarily a restaurant and not a bar. This welcome was unfortunately anything but warm and immediately dampened the mood. Since the waiter subsequently neither responded to eye contact nor hand signals, we couldn't stick to the 20-minute time limit, as we were unable to pay. So we sat there for 35 minutes, even though we would have liked to leave earlier. It's a shame that such a beautiful place scares away its guests with unfriendly service. Unfortunately, you don't feel welcome here.

07/08/2025: The lady was very kind and the food was excellent. The chicken and the sauce she put on it remained tender even the next day. Even my one-year-old loved it, especially the pie! We'll definitely be back.

04/08/2025: A delightful moment for a special assorted platter of cured meats, cheese, and giardiniera. The sparkling wines, from Ribolla Gialla to Prosecco, are excellent.

19/08/2025: The staff was professional and very courteous. We dined during the medieval reenactment; the service was prompt and the dishes were exceptional.

16/08/2025: Yesterday evening, the day of August 15th, around 8:15 pm, I sat down with two other people at the tables located in front of the entrance, outside the LA CASA DIPINTA restaurant in Spilimbergo. We all three ordered, from the menu written on the blackboard, the PORK SKEWER: ribs and neck bone, roast potatoes with rosemary. We were told to wait 45 minutes because the PORK SKEWER needed to cook. After waiting the required time, each of us received our plate, consisting of small pieces of meat and ribs. Everything was very salty and tough, nothing like the appearance of a spit, as if it had been boiled rather than roasted on the spot. And I won't comment on the freshness given the toughness of the meat. The only decent thing was the roast potatoes with rosemary. How infuriating about all this. I wouldn't have expected this kind of service, given that it had apparently seemed like an excellent place.

31/07/2025: Totally recommend this gelateria!!! They just have the best ice cream in the wider region. Wonderful flavours yum yum. Their biscuits and other products are fantastic too. Worth a detour!

23/08/2025: It deserves a 6th star, beautiful castle park, excellent and discreet advice that exactly matched our taste, delicious rabbit, excellent beans with gambarreti, outstanding cheese platter, outstanding white chocolate mousse, very fine spumante rossato, rarely have we eaten so well, a pleasure to be able to enjoy this work of art.

24/07/2025: A prestigious restaurant in beautiful Spilimbergo. The dining room is very welcoming. There are four of us, and we're seated at a charming table with a window overlooking the valley. The menu features local influences with gourmet touches. The frico is excellent, accompanied by the fillet of the valley's "queen" beef. The Pitina, a typical Friulian cured meat, is also very interesting. The price for two courses each, a bottle of prosecco and coffee, is €50 per person.
