29/12/2024: È come essere a casa. L’ambiente è intimo, riservato, accogliente. Ma la qualità del cibo è sopraffina, una selezione di sapori a dir poco memorabile. Ulteriore nota di merito al personale: tutti cordiali, competenti e simpaticissimi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo migliore della zona. Noi abbiamo guidato mezz’ora per arrivarci e non vediamo l’ora di farlo di nuovo!

You can find hospitality like that at Afro in few places because you are welcomed with a lot of warmth and kindness, it's a shame that the dishes did not meet my expectations, both the Roman mamma, the gnocchi with duck ragù, and the blecs in fact were disappointing. 19/12/2024: Sono andato in settimana a pranzare in questa bella osteria con charme. Un luogo bello, accogliente senza inutili orpelli. Mangiato e bevuto molto bene evitando solo la Tosolini digestiva come omaggio al decreto Salvini. Ottima l’accoglienza e puntuale il servizio. Pagato 35 euro cad., prezzo perfettamente in linea per cibo, locale e servizio. In settimana ero stato in un locale con le stesse identiche caratteristiche e avevo pagato 48 euro. Naturalmente sarà un piacere ritornare, qui. Qualità e cortesia a prezzi abbordabili? Si può fare…

15/02/2025: Lunch for two without reservation. The environment is one of the most evocative of Spilimbergo. We were greeted with a warm smile and served excellently. Dishes executed magnificently: creamed cod starter, crunchy calamari, first spaghetti with Luciana-style octopus and green olives, pappardelle with white pork and Fassona ragù. All excellent, accompanied by a good glass of wine. Congratulations to Michele and all the staff!

15/01/2025: I stumbled upon this little place with an intimate and private atmosphere on an anonymous Monday evening by chance. Friendly staff and remarkable quality of dishes. Seared octopus and pumpkin risotto accompanied by an excellent gewürztraminer are highly recommended. Excellent experience definitely worth repeating. Well done

16/02/2025: A little place near Piazza San Francesco, in via Cavour. I had never been there as I'm not crazy about Japanese cuisine but my wife insisted saying that it wasn't the usual commercial Japanese. Yummy! I'll be back soon, we had a great meal. Quality products and raw materials all cooked expressly. I recommend it to everyone, in my opinion it really deserves to be tried.

02/02/2025: We ate like heaven! We took 3 types of ravioli, vegetarian, mixed meat and pork, all three delicious. A bacon bao bun which was also very good, soft, with a nice mix of flavours. The chef was also very kind to make me some miso soup upon request, to accompany the food. The service was fast, clean and kind. The staff was friendly and helpful! For a total of less than 15 euros each (with drinks). The place is very well looked after, with the kitchen in sight and a nice temperature inside. A beautiful lunch. Thank you! 🙏🏻

10/11/2024: Menu with fish and meat with limited proposals One thing that people pay attention to nowadays are food allergies but at the time of the request the written menu was not available and the lady in charge said I'm referring to the kitchen for attention!! However, good dishes chosen 👋👋

09/02/2025: One of the most characteristic places in the Spilimbergo area. Amazing first courses and really top-notch meat. I started with a portion of a very delicate San Daniele ham, San Daniele tagliolini and lamb chops with potatoes. Superlative 🤩🤩🤩 Excellent background music and friendly staff.
