We got there by chance and it was lucky because we ate very well! Cod, frico, roast beef, not to mention the desserts which were delicious! Very nice and welcoming rustic place!

Periodically, returning to this environment is like moving the hands of a clock back, realizing at the same time that a process of improvement is still underway.
All this is visible in the changing details, but not in the flavors and aromas of the historic Spilimbergo restaurant.
His Majesty the cod, alone, is worth the visit.
Indescribable!
An experience that just needs to be lived.

We have been to Al Bachero many times (we went there when the kitchen was practically in the dining room) and we were used to tasty cod.
Now it's a dull cod, without flavour.
Even the strudel full of sultanas and walnuts instead of pine nuts all fell apart on the first cut.....
We are not.....

Posto molto rustico, …ma non brutto, anzi…! Personale gentile, forse solo un po’ lento. Il cibo proposto é buono, la trippa ottima, il baccalà forse non molto saporito, comunque tutto sommato …. lo consiglio sicuramente

Una tappa imprescindibile quando ci troviamo nei dintorni di Pordenone.
La cucina casalinga offre specialità dell'antica tradizione friulana.
Per noi Baccalà mantecato, frico, salame con l'aceto, trippe con polenta, golosi strucchi e amaro del Bachero per concludere in bellezza.
A parte un paio di fuori menu, la carta dei piatti è scritta sulla tovaglietta; non sono riportati i prezzi ma non ci sono mai spiacevoli sorprese al momento del conto, sempre più che onesto. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Sempre affollatissimo, meglio prenotare.
