02/11/2024: Anche se vuoto ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora per ordinare e bere uno spritz tra l'altro scadente, ai camerieri importa piu della "focaccina" che del cliente e per l'aperitivo non hanno neanche portato delle patatine e nient'altro da stuzzicare, solo 2 pezzi di pane con affettato anche se eravamo in 3 e non avevano neanche messo il ghiaccio come richiesto, per pagare abbiamo aspettato tanto quanto all'inizio Essendo il servizio e il personale cosi scadente non verro piu in questo posto, sarà la prima e ultima volta che entrerò qua

25/10/2024: Assolutamente no! Ho preso una regina( che altro non è che una bufala): c'era solo salsa di pomodoro e 3 pezzettini minuscoli di mozzarella..la marinara e'piu'saporita! La 4 formaggi di mio marito poi..forse si e no una 2"formaggi"..per non parlare del tavolino minuscolo dove ci hanno messo in 3 e a fianco un'altra famiglia..praticamente quasi ci toccavano con la sedia.Cameriera nuova presumibilmente..inesperta..e il cameriere che ha sparecchiato muso duro..ciliegina sulla torta: il conto! Salato..ma x come abbiamo mangiato,valeva la metà.Bocciato.Non ci torneremo

20/07/2024: It is located in the streets of Sacile, the location is not modern and you may like this or not but it always remains a matter of taste and personally we like it because it gives you that sense of feeling at ease which goes very well with the good service present but with discretion. As for the dishes, well presented and with innovative and well-chosen flavor combinations. Thank you for your kindness which is not to be taken for granted, see you next time. Barbara and Mario

10/11/2024: I chose this place for a reunion with old work colleagues based on Google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Tasty pizza and no unpleasant side effects = I didn't drink water like a camel during the night like I usually do. Room not very big but clean. Courteous staff. I'll be back

08/09/2024: Nn troppo intellettuale ma sincero è Sempre una garanzia per mangiare cose semplici anche a base d pesce fatte con amore e dedizione. Lo consiglio! Il panorama all esterno è sereno anche sotto quelle piante curate che vegliano la piazza da oltre 40 anni.

28/06/2024: Excellent food, good service, and awesome atmosphere. Prices are good - I had a very indulgent 3-course meal with wine, for a total of €30 - about on par for the area. Service was very friendly at all times, but seemed to struggle with English a bit, but no problem! Food was excellent - Hot croutons with Salmon to start, Pizza Siciliana as a main, and Salame Cioccolato as dessert The outside seating area is awesome

20/12/2024: Update: I brought one panettone back to American to share with friends and family and they all loved it. Here’s what they said (they too have eaten “From Roy” panettone). “The bread is very similar [to Roy] But I feel like the trimming inside is more fresh and soft compared to Roys. I like it” “Panettone tastes great! So light and airy” “Yes! It’s very good! Thanks for sharing it with us!” I know I am very obsessed with this panettone but it’s my passion to share information about good food! Lol So, do not miss out! Buy one or two! Also, I knew the bakery was very good because I saw the very famous panettone cookbook in her shop😍 I hope to one day learn to make one just as good as hers! Also, here are more photos :) Btw, the whipped cream on the maritozzo was really good!!! (I went around 12pm which was too late. I should have come when they opened). ————————- First Review: So far it’s the best panettone I’ve tried in Italy. So good I am buying another one. I got the classic one. It’s a little expensive but worth it. €40 for classico (and €44 for chocolate). To compare, it’s not as good as “This is From Roy” Panettone but it’s the closest after trying some local bakeries here and in Bologna. Also, “This is From Roy” currently $102, which is crazy and greedy of Roy! I would happily buy 2 from Fermento! Plus, the space box is super cute! Also, pastries are good too but I wish there was plain croissants. (Maybe I was there too late?). Will go again today to see of there are plain ones.

19/11/2024: I should have put at least a photo of what I bought but... I didn't have time because it finished in the blink of an eye!!! I passed in front of the shop window and immediately what I could see from their stall caught my attention: ... the husbands! FANTASTIC Large, full, full with a "cream" that is neither too sweet nor insipid nor nauseating but simply perfect with a veil of custard on the sides of the dough! Obviously it's my opinion but it's my review!!! the other pastries are equally excellent with a custard that has vanilla! simple but clean environment! I saw more than a few guys leaving with pizza and focaccia! I can't wait to go back and try the savory…
