The restaurant offers excellent Indian cuisine, with friendly and attentive staff, always ready to offer expert advice on matching dishes. Excellent value for money. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Highly recommended. I'll be back to try other traditional dishes.

06/01/2026: We were here in December for a quiet lunch 🌳🍽️🦮 We were visiting Sacile for the Christmas markets and friends 🎄🎊🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 The restaurant is run entirely by women 🎀 Beautiful interiors and a private garden. The meal was good. 8/10

24/09/2025: I believe our server was the owner - he gave detailed descriptions of the menu in fluent French, Italian and English. He was very friendly. We ordered a local wine from Friuli-Venezia which was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the monk fish which was tougher than I’m used to for white fish but I suspect that is the local style. My husband got the pork cheeks which were amazing.

20/12/2025: Friendly and polite staff, clean place, and quality pizza. Even though there was a dinner for an association with over 40 people, they handled everything without a problem. Since my girlfriend and I live nearby, we'll definitely be back often.

18/10/2025: The pizza was raw, I had to put it in the oven when I got home. Money was WORSTLY spent.

15/02/2026: We met Francesco at a basic bread-making course organized by Slow Food, and then had the pleasure of trying both his brioches and puff pastry, as well as his 100% sourdough bread. What can I say... all our experiences with Fermento have been superb! Francesco is truly passionate and a fine scholar of his art. He pays attention to every detail and loves to share what he knows with unique generosity and clarity... and this can be tasted and appreciated in every bite, and in every Fermento creation! Both the bread and the brioches are truly kneaded, baked, and perfected to perfection. The flours and every ingredient are absolutely top-quality, and his love and passion for baking also translates into an excellent service and atmosphere! Well done, and full steam ahead! Thank you!

15/08/2025: From afar, it already wins you over with its mouth-watering aroma 🤤 Perfectly cooked skewer, tender and flavorful meat, and... free polenta (yes, FREE! ❤️). All served with a genuine smile by a kind and super helpful staff. In short, a full belly and a happy heart! 🥰🔥

10/03/2026: I ordered three takeout pizzas a little while ago and I have to say I was really impressed. The pizzas were incredibly good, with a light, well-cooked dough and just the right balance. As soon as we opened them, the aroma was incredible; the basil filled the kitchen with a crazy scent, a sign of fresh, quality ingredients. I had the Affumicata with provola cheese and it was spectacular, with a perfectly balanced smoky flavor. We were completely satisfied; you can taste the passion behind these pizzas. I will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: Excellent, convenient accommodation in the center of Sacile. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I recommend taking advantage of the special offer with the adjacent restaurant... excellent value. They have a bike storage room.
