26/01/2025: I have known the s'ciaus pizzeria for a long time, very good pizzas made very well, however over the days I have had pizza twice, but I don't know if they have changed the pizza chef or not, only that I found the pizzas, eaten at home, rather seasoned, I hope I'm wrong, but the prices are fair and not high, thanks

06/01/2025: Excellent food, really very good. Decent service but a little unprofessional. Very nice, typical environment. The only real flaw was the temperature of the rooms as I went for lunch on a public holiday but humid (January 6th), I arrived around 12.30 and they had just turned on the heating. I struggled to keep warm for the entire duration of lunch (not enough to keep my coat on anyway). For the rest I recommend it.

04/12/2024: I really don't know if is the real Napolitano pizza but is a very nice Pizza, always perfect cooked, the problem is that you need to call at 6pm exactly to get a pizza, this is a very popular place in town. The service is very familiar. Thanks a lot to all the Rosalbas's family every sunday when I get my Pizza.

09/01/2025: Ristorante elegante e raffinato, in cui si trova un’ottima accoglienza, abbinata ad ospitalità e cura dei particolari. Ottimi piatti, sia a base di carne che di pesce; cantina fornita di eccellenti etichette. Da tornarci sicuramente quando si è in zona!

29/12/2024: Very classy, warm and cozy atmosphere for this small little restaurant. They open the kitchen early and you can arrive for dinner or simply have an apertivo from 18.00! The food is great, wine paring is amazing and the service impeccable, al for a very reasonable price. They manage to custom tale a 5 course menu ( for 2 ) so that you always get something different even if you go there often. The cost quality is definitely one of the best in town! The only small “downside” I can find is that they sometimes lack in consistency and the same dish sometimes is not as the previous time you eat it. Witch can be disappointing if you really want to eat that same thing again because it was That good 😊!!!

24/01/2025: Prodotti fantastici, tutti di qualità eccellente, dal pane alle pizze, ai biscotti, alla pasticceria, per non parlare dei panettoni e adesso delle frittelle ripiene, assolutamente da provare, in particolare quella con la crema al caffe e allo zabaione... una prelibatezza. I loro prodotti sono quotidianamente sulla nostra tavola da quando hanno aperto, impossibile cambiare. Fationa e Francesco due ottimi padroni di casa, sempre col sorriso e disponibili. BRAVI👍👏👏👏😘

20/12/2024: Update: I brought one panettone back to American to share with friends and family and they all loved it. Here’s what they said (they too have eaten “From Roy” panettone). “The bread is very similar [to Roy] But I feel like the trimming inside is more fresh and soft compared to Roys. I like it” “Panettone tastes great! So light and airy” “Yes! It’s very good! Thanks for sharing it with us!” I know I am very obsessed with this panettone but it’s my passion to share information about good food! Lol So, do not miss out! Buy one or two! Also, I knew the bakery was very good because I saw the very famous panettone cookbook in her shop😍 I hope to one day learn to make one just as good as hers! Also, here are more photos :) Btw, the whipped cream on the maritozzo was really good!!! (I went around 12pm which was too late. I should have come when they opened). ————————- First Review: So far it’s the best panettone I’ve tried in Italy. So good I am buying another one. I got the classic one. It’s a little expensive but worth it. €40 for classico (and €44 for chocolate). To compare, it’s not as good as “This is From Roy” Panettone but it’s the closest after trying some local bakeries here and in Bologna. Also, “This is From Roy” currently $102, which is crazy and greedy of Roy! I would happily buy 2 from Fermento! Plus, the space box is super cute! Also, pastries are good too but I wish there was plain croissants. (Maybe I was there too late?). Will go again today to see of there are plain ones.

24/09/2024: In the center of Sacile, excellent gastronomy. Small but very nice and tidy environment. What pleasantly surprised me, in addition to the choice of dishes and products in the shop, is the smile and kindness of the owners. We tasted both first and second courses, side dishes, the barbecue ribs and the spit were excellent. Well done!!

10/11/2024: I chose this place for a reunion with old work colleagues based on Google reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Tasty pizza and no unpleasant side effects = I didn't drink water like a camel during the night like I usually do. Room not very big but clean. Courteous staff. I'll be back

26/10/2024: I ordered 6 different dishes. I was very satisfied with the food. All very good. The place is welcoming, tidy and the themed decorations are very beautiful. The staff were polite and friendly. I will definitely order again.
