13/04/2025: An oasis of hospitality and authentic flavors at the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel The Vittoria Hotel-Restaurant in Claut has proven to be a true gem, a place where a warm welcome is combined with a cuisine that celebrates tradition with a touch of freshness. Special praise goes to the young chef Alex, whose passion and availability were immediately evident. Not only did he serve us with courtesy and attention, but he demonstrated particular sensitivity to customer needs, including a vegetarian option in the menu which turned out to be surprisingly tasty and well thought out. The dining experience was further enhanced by the homemade pasta, a true triumph of authentic flavors and perfect texture. To accompany these delicious dishes, a selection of excellent quality wines that enhanced each course. Despite the notable influx of customers, the owner Sergio demonstrated commendable dedication, giving us all the attention possible and making us feel welcome and pampered guests. His attentive and thoughtful presence helped make our visit even more pleasant. In conclusion, the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel is an address that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Claut and wants to live an authentic experience, characterized by good food, sincere hospitality and customer care that makes the difference. 05/07/2025: We stopped today for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent and plentiful.

05/07/2025: Last Sunday I had the pleasure of having lunch at Osteria Corona with eight other travel companions. Even though we hadn’t booked, the staff managed to quickly organize a table for eight people for us – a gesture that was truly appreciated, especially considering how crowded it was on such a beautiful day. The restaurant was packed, but the staff, especially the ladies in the dining room, moved with incredible lightness and speed, just like butterflies. Always kind, smiling and with a very pleasant sense of humor, they made us feel at ease right away. Such a warm welcome is rare to find and made the experience even more enjoyable for all my friends too. Another big plus is the large parking lot, accessible and also suitable for people with disabilities – a detail that is not to be underestimated. The bathrooms were very clean, another sign of care and attention. Lunch was plentiful, tasty and with a truly excellent quality-price ratio: 30 euros per person well spent. I will definitely go back and I recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic tavern, where you can feel welcomed like family.
