29/09/2025: I like this atmosphere, my companion wasn't so happy. But one thing has to be said: a small family business like this, where there are more locals than tourists, has its advantages. The pizza, which we could easily eat between the two of us, and the accompanying wine were excellent. Highly recommended. Not to mention the service. Full marks from me.

01/11/2025: Pizza with a twist. The vegetable pizza was tasty, but a bit too heavily topped. There was no service and the cutlery was wooden. Maybe you could play with it in the sand, but certainly not cut a pizza.

26/10/2025: A pizza like I've never tasted before. The pizza dough wasn't anything like you'd expect. It could have been whole wheat. BUT! Extremely delicious. And I've never had a pizza with such a good topping. Points deducted for two reasons: canned or jarred mushrooms have no place on a pizza, and Self-service is fine, but the cutlery should be reconsidered. You can't really eat a pizza well with wafer-thin wooden cutlery. Despite everything, we would definitely come back here again.

27/09/2025: Kiss Ball: Somehow they made it taste like a watered-down kiss. The cone tasted like cardboard.

11/11/2025: Great hotel right in the lower part of the town center, and on the second row from the Esplanade. Therefore, it's a bit quieter than directly on the Esplanade. Great breakfast and very friendly service. The reception and staff were all very helpful. The rooms were okay for the mid-range price. Unfortunately, what seems to be common everywhere in Grado (I don't know if it's the same in all of Italy) is that the showers are very cramped! As a normal, tall man, I had some trouble fitting in! Mini-golf is right nearby, and the nightlife is practically just around the corner. For children, the beach is really the only option; for more action, you have to drive quite a bit. Otherwise, pretty much every restaurant in this little town can be recommended.

24/10/2025: A highly recommended hotel in the heart of Grado. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is exceptionally good. They only improve the coffee in the bar.

07/12/2025: Simple but good sandwiches, recommended for a quick lunch. Fast and friendly staff. Will definitely return.

14/10/2025: We ate reasonably well but the prices were too high and I won't be going back.

12/10/2025: It was our first time in Italy. We arrived by train 🚆. The connection was great, we were able to reach the bus station in 9 minutes. The journey was very beautiful. The staff were friendly and you felt at home there. I would definitely recommend it 👍. We will be back 😍. The rooms are great and we were very satisfied 👍.

06/10/2025: Excellent location in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the convention center. The breakfast was good, the pool on the top floor was lovely, and everything was very clean. But the bed and pillows were HORRIBLE and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It's a shame, I would have given it a 10. I can't wait to have my bed back at home. 😒

11/09/2025: I was there a few days ago. I was alone and got a table right away. Since I don't speak Italian, we conversed in English. The waiters were very friendly. I got my drink immediately after ordering, and I waited about 20 minutes for my pizza. The pizza was very, very tasty; you can tell they use the special dough. The prices are more than reasonable. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Grado. I recommend this pizzeria to everyone.

08/09/2025: The restaurant was recommended to us. The pizza dough is supposedly specially prepared and tastes very good. Unfortunately, they skimped on the toppings, otherwise the food would have been 5 stars. The wait time was abysmal. The fact that it took over 45 minutes to make three pizzas when the restaurant was moderately busy is only explained by the fact that pickup/delivery services are pushed in and given priority. The fact that you then order more drinks is a positive side effect for the restaurant. There was also no information that it would take longer. The servers were friendly and quick, but the long wait is part of the service for me. The cover charge of €2.50 per person is common in Italy, but also incomprehensible under the circumstances. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance; we sat by the street. The tables were beautifully set with cloth tablecloths and thicker napkins.

16/10/2025: We ate here without a reservation. We got a good table. The manager spoke good German. The drinks were served quickly. We ordered a pizza calzone and a steak with arugula and potatoes. The food was very good. But the entire service, including the bill, was poor. We were given an interim receipt instead of a cash receipt. The manager then disappeared; no one came to settle the bill. We ended up having to go into the store and give him the money.

21/10/2025: A dream bakery, fabulous carbs! Olive, onion, pumpkin, rice bread... stuff that makes even yeast sing. The brioche buns? Elegant, whole-wheat, irresistible. And then there's the apple pie, so good and just like homemade! You come in out of curiosity and leave with a full bag and a happy heart.

27/09/2025: A wonderful place! Fresh, delicious food, perfect for lunch on the beach! Salads, sandwiches, and a selection of dishes prepared freshly from the menu. Delicious coffee! We always stop by when we're at the beach. Reasonable prices.

25/09/2025: Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's self-service, but they don't wash the coffee cups—cappuccinos are left stacked on part of the counter, and sometimes in the packaged ice cream cooler. They then use plastic buckets where the drink cools down immediately. The food is also well-made and reasonably priced, but the wait is sometimes exaggerated. It lacks organization and order. Ouch!

09/11/2025: Unfortunately, there were several things I didn't like: first and foremost, the bag on the table with LEFTOVER bread (in addition to a bitten slice, there was also a piece of lemon from the fried food we had at lunch, probably 🤮). The waitress pointed it out, removed it, and offered no apology for this poor service, which I consider very serious. The seafood spaghetti (2 portions) was quite "strange": at least 15 EMPTY clam shells and several mussel shells. There must have been 3 or 4 tiny clams in the pasta, certainly not the ones from the shells... I could think of many reasons for something like that, but I didn't want to assume the worst, otherwise I would have had to get up and run away. Finally, the house wine was terrible, both in its cloudy color and flavor; it tasted like spirit. For this reason too, it's best not to ask where it came from, but we definitely didn't drink it. We won't be returning due to the poor food, the lack of customer service, and the inadequate bill.

14/08/2025: We stopped in because our preferred restaurant was full, but our daughter was already hungry. The prices for the small rolls are truly reasonable. They're simply delicious, and the prices for the Spritz and beer are totally reasonable.
