02/10/2025: I spent an evening there for a business dinner, very pleasant. The homemade pasta is top-notch. I loved the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms so much that I ordered a second helping; they were delicate yet bold. I also tried the tongue, and I must say I really enjoyed it, even though I'm not a fan of that type of meat. The service is attentive, very professional, and courteous, and the atmosphere is elegant and refined. Prices are reasonable. I'd happily go back based on my overall experience.

24/09/2025: Busy and well-maintained restaurant. Fast service. The only flaw: when I booked, I specifically asked if there were mushrooms, only to discover at dinner that they were only served with tagliatelle or on top of roast beef. We ordered tagliatelle: there were five pieces of mushrooms the size of 5 cents. It was basically tagliatelle with oil. Goodbye mushroom feast... :-( During dinner, I stained my shirt with oil. The lady (the owner?) pointed it out to me, but she didn't offer me stain remover or even a bit of talcum powder. Conclusion: I wouldn't go back.

10/10/2025: I only had two ham and cheese sandwiches from the counter, which I must say were very good. They were heated up on the spot. €4 each. The classic and mountainous Erbazzone were very cheap (I don't remember). You have to book the day before due to the crowds, which we mistakenly didn't do. First and second courses, appetizers, and snacks. Second time for a group lunch: delicious dishes.

29/09/2025: We arrived at Ginepro after a day of trekking on our way back from Pietra di Bismantova, and were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, and the hot shower revitalized us. We decided to have dinner there and were truly satisfied with the dishes they served, all delicious and high-quality, and we finished with a delicious dessert of their own making. Even though we had to leave earlier than usual, they still served us breakfast and also added some excellent sandwiches for the journey. We absolutely recommend it, we hope to return!!! 29/09/2025: Sunday lunch with the family in this little corner of paradise, a renovated rustic restaurant, where you can eat in a tastefully renovated old stable at the foot of the Bismantova rock, in a tiny hamlet that includes the building, a church, and an enchanting view. Welcoming and attentive staff, traditional dishes with a focus on raw ingredients and respect for their origins. The wine list highlights the local area, featuring little-known gems worthy of note. Special mention goes to the nettle tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, fried mushrooms, tortelli, and a roast rabbit with olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes, which is rarely found so well-roasted and succulent inside a restaurant (of such a high standard). Desserts... Oh well...for the first time I ate a torta verde and a tagliatelle cake as God intended (almost like my mother's)... I was moved! Usually, in other restaurants in the area, I've always found the 6-star service... that is, mediocre cakes that, at worst, taste like cardboard... not here!! So much stuff!!! The price is just above the average for a restaurant/agriturismo, but it's worth it!...for the commitment to sourcing the raw materials, the processing, and the service. More than satisfying portions. Last but not least: to wash it down, a wide selection of house-made liqueurs... cordial, grape strawberry, cherry, elderflower, coffee, rosolio, and I can't remember anymore... P.S. If you're looking for a full menu from a mediocre trattoria or agriturismo for €20-25, go elsewhere. Here you'll find quality, substance, and gratification... And quality comes at a price! (Not much more, though.) Highly recommended! A firm contender in my top ten of quality restaurants!

24/08/2025: For 2 starters of dumplings, salami, cheese (in small quantities), with 2 glasses of Lambrusco, a small bottle of mineral water and a tiny semifreddo, a bill of more than 30 euros seems high to me.

23/08/2025: We ordered pizzas to go, a mix of pizzas by the slice for a birthday. Delicious, crispy yet soft and incredibly flavorful! Next time, we'll try the traditional round ones, which look delicious!

08/09/2025: These are beautiful areas, and discovering this osteria will only make me want to visit more often. Reserve a reservation if you go. The place isn't large, but it's tastefully and elegantly decorated. The same goes for the dishes; the chef is truly top-notch, as are the ingredients. Let the young owner advise you; he'll do it with experience and honesty. It was truly a pleasant lunch. Highly recommended🧡

27/07/2025: This is our second time staying at the London when we're in the area. It's become a go-to for us for a number of reasons. 1) Excellent hospitality and customer service in a family-run environment that makes you feel at home. The owners are very capable and professional. 2) The place is well-kept and offers a wide selection of both restaurant and pizzeria options. We had pizza and focaccia, and the dough was very easy to digest, the toppings generous, and the ingredients were high-quality. 3) The prices are super fair, both for the rooms and the restaurant. 4) The location is on a quiet, scenic street with convenient parking and easy access to several sites of interest.
