24/08/2025: Per gli amanti della cucina tipica reggiana o per i turisti che si trovano a visitare la città di Reggio Emilia, consiglio assolutamente una sosta mangereccia in questo ristorante -trattoria da urlo.Consigliato anche da varie riviste e guide culinarie tra cui la guida Michelin, la trattoria da Probo è un luogo assolutamente carino e accogliente in cui gustare meravigliosi cappelletti alla panna e pepe, tortelli, ecc...Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.Il piatto forte è il carrello dei bolliti e purè

The menu is rich in typical Emilian dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and served with care. However, it's important to note that for cuisine as hearty and generous as Emilian cuisine, portions must be equally generous. In this case, I found the portions served a bit on the small side, which may disappoint those seeking the authentic experience of rich and satisfying dishes.
Despite this, the dishes I tried were well-prepared and delicious. The chef's passion and skill are evident in every course. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to savor the authentic flavors of Emilia, but I hope that in the future the portions will be more generous to fully reflect the region's culinary tradition.

25/04/2025: Pizza con ottimi potenziali. Ingredienti buoni su molte pizze provate; il problema é l’impasto, risulta gommoso. Tutto sommato una buona pizza
21/03/2025: Pizza fantastica con impasto leggero e molto digeribile. Servizio ottimo in un ambiente tranquillo. Ci sono stata varie volte e tutti gli amici ci sono ritornati.

26/06/2025: I ordered a millefoglie cake with custard and chocolate chips. Unfortunately I found something but it wasn't a millefoglie. It was covered with vegetable cream, a real blasphemy and the cream had a color with fluorescent green shades. The flavor was anything but genuine. I'm sorry for the past times but I will never return to this pastry shop. Prices have increased but not the quality.

The whole place was very clean.
The rooms were a bit dated but it is a hotel mainly for teams of workers.

24/01/2024: Pizza ottima, una delle poche ad avere una senza glutine come si deve,inoltre possibiltà di mozzarella senza lattosio, con qualche chicca sulle birre, consigliato!
