19/12/2025: I ended up there by chance, the petrol station was blocked and it doesn't take any contacts, only cards. Before me there was a gentleman who couldn't fill up with cash and went away grumbling. There was a person who was cleaning a car, I don't know if he was the owner or not, but he was too focused... 👎🏼
12/10/2025: There are petrol and diesel fuel pumps and a self-service car wash with a waiting area. The pumps are conveniently located within the city limits, along the road leading to the highway and across from the Filanda shopping center. You can also leave your car for a wash and go shopping at the shopping center or at the Conad supermarket. Fuel prices are competitive.

30/01/2026: Since it changed management, it's been unrecognizable.
It's almost fascinating to see how quickly the new management managed to ruin everything.
The welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by a cold and listless air, with rude staff who seem perpetually annoyed by any request, even the most trivial.

Excellent breakfast. The cream-filled bomboloni are the best I've ever had, light and with divine custard: glossy and tasty. Good cappuccino. The staff is quick and courteous.

05/10/2025: I used to get pizza from this place often, and it was good! Lately, I don't know why, the pizza was poorly made, burned on the edge, and missing the crust. To top it all off, today I got my pizza a little late, but it doesn't matter; I get home with the toppings all burned! If you can't do things properly, it's better not to accept orders!
09/09/2025: It was impossible to wait an hour and a half for two pizzas. A 4-season pizza, which I'll say was good, was undercooked and only had canned tomato sauce and a bit of mushroom sauce. It was supposedly a matriciana. The dough was raw, for God's sake, how disgusting. I'll never buy from that place again.

02/08/2025: The place is very nice, in the center of Faenza. On the downside, there's a sense of tension among the staff, which creates an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential; I expected a more relaxed atmosphere worthy of this beautiful place.
28/07/2025: I've been going to this bar for a while now.
The place is very nice, and the bar isn't bad.
But I've noticed more than once that the owner treats the staff she works with indecently.
This is sooo unpleasant!
That's why I stopped going there.

11/10/2025: Compared to other poke joints, the experience wasn't great. Many of the ingredients were extremely salty. The pickled olives weren't drained properly, which affected the flavor of the rest of the dishes. The variety of sauces and seeds was limited. The price was reasonable, but there were a lot of upcharges for ingredients that aren't usually charged elsewhere.
21/09/2025: The sales assistant said that our poke included 4 choices of basic components + one protein, but of these 4 she didn't mention that some of them were considered extra, therefore with a higher cost and she purposely hid from us the fact that some ingredients had an additional cost, I only discovered this at the checkout, when the poke had already been prepared! 21-09-25 around 5.30 pm.

Ottimo il cibo, piatti gustosi e grande scelta di vino e liquori.

10/07/2025: Fatta eccezione per una cameriera, il servizio è scarso. Si percepisce nervosismo e poca professionalità, risposte secche e a volte stizzite non in linea con un ristorante che si propone di essere di buona fascia. Cibo nella media.

10/06/2025: La cucina non è niente di che la carne insomma però la pasta buonissima. Il vitello tonnato sembrava vecchio . L’ambiente carino e il personale un po’ distratto e impegnato a conversare con i clienti invece che osservare le esigenze di altri clienti . Conto normale come in altri ristoranti.
02/06/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena con amici in questa trattoria che conosco da tempo e che ho sempre apprezzato per la qualità della cucina e soprattutto per la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale. Ieri sera invece siamo stati trattati molto male, con grande scortesia e molte disattenzioni da parte del personale. Quando abbiamo provato a far pervenire, in maniera assolutamente gentile le nostre osservazioni, c’è stato risposto che potevamo anche non tornare più. Sinceramente non capisco cosa sia successo al personale di questo ristorante, forse l’essere l’essere diventato un ristorante più conosciuto, ha alimentato l’arroganza e la scortesia del proprietario e dei camerieri.Sicuramente eviteremo di tornarci.

25/05/2025: Una tappa OBBLIGATORIA da fare!
Se avete molta fame e volete mangiare cibi gustosi questo è sicuramente il posto giusto per voi!
I ragazzi e signori sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione e richiesta, mi ha veramente molto sorpreso (In POSITIVO ovviamente) la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Oltre ad essere gentili e cordiali, sono persone veramente in gamba!
Ho ordinato un piatto tipico loro, la qualità del prodotto è indiscutibile.
Il prezzo è onesto niente da recriminare, ed anche la camera molto pulita ed accogliente .
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto (forse) è inerente allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma, messi in bustine che finiscono rapidamente, ma se si chiede te ne portano altri
22/05/2025: La prima cosa che mi viene in mente è: se avete fame, molta fame, non resterete delusi! Le porzioni sono abbondanti ed il cibo servito di buona qualità: ho molto apprezzato le tagliatelle al sugo. Il conto è quello che ti devi aspettare: normale, non economico ma neppure caro. Unico appunto: salone molto grande, quando c'è molta gente il rumore è piuttosto alto.
