05/06/2025: I am so sad this place is closed. I am traveling to that are area in 2 weeks and was so looking forward to being there. I am American and was introduced to this restaurant and owner by my friend Marco and always loved everything about this place, especially the lasagna (once made for us) and the tortellini. My best to the owner and her family.

21/07/2025: It's been years since I've been back to La Fontanina. The owner is the same, very helpful, as is her daughter, the waitress. She's so sweet! What can I say? The traditional food is excellent, but they also serve venison, wild boar, and more. The setting is truly charming.

15/07/2025: Historic traditional restaurant. Warm welcome and delicious homemade food. Tortelli with butter and sage were enormous and truly inviting; gnocco was delicious, light and not greasy; good cured meats; and very good grilled and sliced meats. Tigelle were filled, slightly heavy but good. The price was fair. The waitress and family-run management were very helpful.

27/07/2025: Sono stato con i miei amici da Mauro alla Stella del gusto qualche venerdì per ascoltare anche la musica dal vivo e al sabato sera per gustare una cena in compagnia e devo dire che i piatti serviti sono gustosissimi e fatti in casa. Anche i prezzi sono buoni. Ho consigliato questo posto a quelli che conosco

13/07/2025: Posto molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo, Mauro il proprietario sempre sorridente e pronto ad accontentare ogni palato con una cucina tipica del posto ma non scontata. Gnocchi e tigelle con affettati strepitosi, primi davvero ottimi e con abbinamenti sorprendentemente gustosi, secondi con carni scelte cucinate alla perfezione e dolci con crostate fatte in casa che sono una favola! Ah...il prezzo...davvero DUPER ONESTO!! Fermatevi alla Stella del Gusto ne vale assolutamente la pena!

13/07/2025: The outdoor space is lovely, especially for escaping the city heat. The dishes were good, although several were unavailable despite being on the menu. Reservations are recommended.

27/07/2025: WHAT CAN I SAY AFTER SEVEN DAYS? THREE ADULTS AND A THREE-AND-A-HALF YEAR-OLD CHILD PAID €3,756.00 + €80 TOURIST TAX. FIND OUT HOW MUCH IT COST PER DAY, NOT TO EAT ANYTHING FOR SEVEN DAYS. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A SELF-SERVICE SERVER THAT'S ENTIRELY OPEN? WHERE CHILDREN WERE CONTINUOUSLY PUTTING THEIR HANDS IN THE VARIOUS TRAYS OUT IN THE UNCOVERED AND UNCOVERED BY GLASS. THIS IS THE ABC OF SANITATION. HOW CAN YOU ALWAYS MAKE LOW-QUALITY, OVERBOILED PASTA? LET'S NOT MENTION THE WINE AND COLORED WATER. BUT GENTLEMEN, BE KIND, I WHO HAVE TRAVELED SO MUCH WILL CERTAINLY NEVER GO BACK TO A DUMP WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO - ZERO - ZERO - ZERO - ZERO FOOD WHEN I WORKED IN THE VARIOUS CANTEENS WHERE I WENT FOR LUNCH, THEY WERE FAR SUPERIOR. NEVER AGAIN TO THE 4-STAR CLUB FAMILY BUT DO ME A PLEASE 0 0 0 0 0 0 STARS THEN I AGREE. THEN REPETITIVE AND SUPER POOR MEALS NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN. BLACK CROSS

27/07/2025: Simply indescribable! We met friends there, but the staff, especially behind the bar, were amazing! Saying goodbye to the staff was also incredibly difficult! This is the most amazing hotel and accommodation we've ever had. From entertainment to service, friendliness, etc. We're looking forward to next year.

05/04/2025: Intimate and familiar place, exquisite dishes, everything excellent from starters to desserts... a special place where we celebrated our anniversary and where we will definitely return. Congratulations!!!
