01/01/2025: We stayed 2 days of New Year's Eve in the delightful village of Premilcuore at the B&B la Rosa del Rabbi, a strategic structure for excursions in the Casentinesi Forests National Park. The room was brand new, clean and very comfortable. We thank the young owners for their welcome and availability also in quickly solving an unexpected problem. We will return soon.
31/12/2024: We stopped for a coffee, a small place, very nice and stocked with tea, herbal teas, a nice cold cuts and cheese counter and excellent quality products.

19/01/2025: Restaurant with local cuisine, excellent dishes with quality raw materials. Kind and helpful staff. Average price. It is to take walks to a nearby old mill, ideal in summer to spend a day in the cool.
05/01/2025: primi che si salvano tutto il resto di bassa qualità, tagliatelle secche ,la carne (umidi) erano duri,tutto il resto era finito alle 22.00!!!

Piatti genuini sen troppe pretese.
Posto famigliare anche se a mio avviso un po’ troppo stipato specie in inverno.
Cibo comunque ottimo!

07/12/2024: Dopo aver passato un intera giornata a fare trekking in mezzo alla neve, siamo andati a cenare in questo ristorante, presso il quale avevamo prenotato già da tempo, fortemente consigliato da alcuni nostri amici.
Se sì vuole provare qualcosa di tipico, consiglio fortemente di scegliere i tortelli alla lastra ( ripieni di patate ) come antipasto, come primo la spoja lorda con funghi, radicchio, mandorle, e sugo di mascarpone, mentre per secondo il cinghiale in umido.
La pasta viene fatta a mano, e le materie prime sono tutte fresche e di alta qualità.
Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e sempre a disposizione del cliente.
Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Terrò sicuramente in considerazione questo ristorante appena avrò occasione di tornare in zona, consigliatissimo a chiunque si trovi nelle vicinanze o a chi vuole venire a fare trekking o qualunque altra attività nelle zone comprese all' interno del Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi.

Having lunch at this farmhouse was an experience that goes beyond all expectations. Immersed in a dream rural setting, among the majestic mountains at the beginning of the Casentinesi Forests, this 1700 stone farmhouse tells a story that can be breathed in the air. Here nature seems to embrace you: looking at the mountains around, it almost seems as if the forest welcomes you, with a beauty that leaves you breathless.
To add even more magic are the grazing animals that can be seen all around, making the atmosphere even more authentic and in harmony with the land.
The owners of this place are of a rare kindness, the kind you encounter only a few times in your life. With their elegance, professionalism and sincere smiles, they make you feel not only welcomed, but precious, as if every guest was special to them. It is clear that they deeply love what they do, and this is reflected in every gesture.
Food, then, is an authentic hymn to love and care. Each dish reflects the passion with which it is prepared, using the freshest raw materials coming from the farm itself. Flavors and aromas that take you back in time, to those of the past, when everything tasted of authenticity. Every bite is a journey through memories, with a truly exceptional quality-price ratio.
The wine and coffee are simply exquisite, and the dessert, fresh and delicate, is the perfect culmination of a lunch that will remain in the heart.
I can only conclude by saying that this is a place that I will remember for a lifetime. Unforgettable, warm and welcoming like the lit fireplace that welcomes you as soon as you enter. I can only say thank you to the owners for giving us a day of happiness, well-being and smiles. You are proof that these are the main ingredients of a beautiful life.

06/10/2024: Dopo un circuito a piedi nei dintorni, ci siamo fermati a questo locale nel pomeriggio per una pausa ristoratrice.
Abbiamo ordinato gelati, cioccolata calda e brioche. Tutto soddisfacente.
In particolare i gelati sono stati apprezzabili.
Cortesia e disponibilita'. Lo consigliamo.
15/08/2024: Spuntino veloce (non un vero pranzo) il giorno di ferragosto dopo una mattinata passata alle cascate. Personale giovane e cordiale, servizio veloce. Prendo un tagliere misto: ottimo e abbondante! Da migliorare la piadina (non artigianale). Prezzi onestissimi. Bravi!
