Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch. I will be back, and I will soon!

25/10/2025: We stopped for lunch on a road trip, and I have to say the meatball appetizer and tagliatelle with ragù were spectacular! Not to mention the low bill considering the portions and quantity. We didn't take photos because we devoured the dishes! Great and kind!

11/01/2026: I went to eat today and it was incredible, I ordered some crostini and they were delicious, then some tagliatelle and they were delicious both thanks to the fresh pasta (which was nice and long) and the artisanal sauce, then I had some beef meatballs which were delicious thanks to the quality meat and also the tomato sauce which was a little cold but it was spicy and I like spicy so I liked it and finally for dessert I had some mascarpone with chocolate on top which was delicious, 10/10, I will be back!

28/11/2025: A cute and slightly trendy osteria in the heart of Cesena; my review is based on the little I ate, a quick lunch with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, homemade tiramisu, and organic Sangiovese: everything was decent (the coppa was good) but not overly exciting. The service was friendly and spontaneous, the bill was a bit high.

31/01/2026: Even on weekdays, it's full of people. I think it's good enough to taste and experience it, but it wasn't real Japanese ramen. The taste was okay, and the soup was not a real Japanese ramen soup but more like an Asian-flavored soup. Mazesoba was completely different from what I expected. Gyoza was not really good… I should not have ordered it. I would not go back again.

31/01/2026: Excellent, very Japanese ramen! Among the best I've had in Italy! The only flaw is the desserts... frozen mochi, no, because mochi should be very soft, and matcha tea dorayaki, I didn't like because the filling was too floury and they tasted like nothing. The 5 stars are for the ramen, superb! And the gyoza, truly excellent! They are for the atmosphere and the service, fast and kind staff! Thank you!!!
