27/10/2025: A Rediscovered Treasure: The Perfect Lunch at Brodino in Cesena Brodino isn't just a pasta shop; it's a culinary experience that warms the heart and soul. Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch. I will be back, and I will soon!

27/10/2025: One of the best ramen I've ever had. The udon is equally good. Interesting selection of drinks, especially the beers, which I absolutely recommend. The staff is friendly and polite, and the place is relaxing, yet it delivers a true ramen experience. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: I've eaten here before, but unfortunately, this time the service was terrible. We sat down for lunch on a Sunday at around 1:15 PM (we had a reservation for 1 PM) at a table of 10. We ordered for 1:30 PM. Before we ordered, the owner said, "You can have whatever you want, the kitchen has no problem, as long as you order before these two tables." So we started placing our order. Order: 5 mixed crostini, 3 different first courses (tagliatelle with ragu, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and cappellacci with butter and sage), 3 different second courses (veal with tuna sauce, tagliata, roast rabbit), water, and wine. The appetizers arrived quickly, but the problem arose with the first courses. The first courses were served at 2:40 PM, though not all at the same time. So far, we hadn't even asked the waitress anything. When we picked up our plates, we asked how long we'd have to wait, and she said "a little." After speaking several times with the waitress and the owner, the main courses arrived at 3:48 PM, at different times, half-thrown arrogantly onto the table, with the wrong cut of steak cooked. The waitress's irritated response was, "You all ordered different things." Meanwhile, at the tables that arrived after us, so we hurried to order, lunch continued. No one apologized or showed up to say the kitchen was having trouble or to suggest changing our order. The food was good, typical Romagna, but the service this time was terrible.

25/10/2025: While it's important to note that "osteria" is now only part of the name and no longer the ambiance (in fact, you won't find anything resembling an osteria here), Osteria Degli Usignoli can truly be considered a Cesena excellence. Excellent raw materials, delicious meat, an interesting wine list, and truly amazing desserts... The only (and not insignificant) flaw is the wait. One of the few restaurants open on Mondays, and perhaps this worked against us: more than three hours to enjoy an appetizer (excellent: mixed crostini and battilarda), a main course (pichana steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes: plentiful and worthy of an A+), dessert, and coffee... Leave your rush, all you who enter (on Mondays).

11/11/2025: Excellent osteria, with on-street and private parking, the only drawback being a tree with low branches and the vans struggle to get in. They don't take reservations, so it fills up quickly, but the service is fast and the place is spacious. The first courses are all homemade: tagliatelle, tortellini... ravioli are delicious. They don't do second courses, at most a nice platter of cured meats and cheeses, either as an appetizer or main course. The price... around €17.

10/11/2025: Authentic Romagna home cooking. Red or white house wine, a simple, basic, and no-frills platter of two first courses and two second courses. After a short while, you'll feel right at home... The first courses are truly high-quality and the portions are generous. If you're hungry and don't need anything fancy, this is the place to be.

19/10/2025: Classic Romagna cuisine. Very good house menus. Excellent value. Full menu including wine for €30 per person. Generous but carefully prepared dishes. Top-notch grilled food.

01/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! We stopped in Cesena for work and on our first night we had dinner at this superb trattoria. There were 8 of us, we were treated wonderfully, and we ate wonderfully... EXCELLENT value for money! We liked it so much that we returned 3 nights in a row, with an average of 10 people. The quality and kindness were confirmed every night. 3 dinners in a row, we ate well and were always greeted with kindness, even accommodating any "extra" requests. Friendliness, good food, and a warm welcome... you couldn't ask for more!

01/11/2025: Stopped in for a quick pizza, got a pizza with spicy salami and a Coke. Really good pizza, I recommend it as a place.

11/10/2025: Even though I have a pizzeria down the street, I always go to Ristopizza for takeout (and that says it all!) Their pizza is simply fantastic: light dough, super fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked every time. You can really taste the passion and care they put into what they do 🍕 plus they're always friendly and smiling, and working with the public I know that's not easy or predictable 😂

06/11/2025: A very nice, small restaurant with a small menu of regional dishes, all of which taste excellent. Reservations are recommended.

04/11/2025: Ridiculous doses. The host is kind in his own way (sarcastic about the fact that "you know their doses are minimal!"). I won't be returning.

23/05/2025: The best panzerotti in Cesena! The owner is super friendly, eating at capricci di gola is a fantastic experience from which you will never go back 😍 From the super stocked rotisserie counter, to the fish to the meat, the kindness of the staff, to the speed of takeaway, it deserves more than 5 stars, it will be my new favorite place to eat.

20/10/2025: I recently went to Pizzeria Languorino and was truly satisfied! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a casual dinner and a special occasion. The staff is courteous and attentive: they recommended delicious pizzas and served us with kindness. And the pizza? Simply fantastic! Soft dough, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. I highly recommend the fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, and basil (I don't remember the name), a true masterpiece. Fair prices and excellent quality. I'll definitely be back! 🍕
