One word super Starry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ quality 10+ service 10+ friendliness 10+ location 10+.
I would add one more positive note, congratulations for the attention to the object holders (beautiful and elegant and very simple wooden wine boxes) also for us men who today travel for work with two phones 📞 iPad keys 🔑 car 🚗 house keys etc. etc.
24/02/2025: Con gli anni abbiamo imparato, che la stella Michelin non è di per se garanzia di una esperienza da ricordare, ma questa è l'eccezione che conferma la regola.
Locale carino, ma minimal, senza eccessi. Tanto personale, alcuni non molto empatici, ma comunque tutti super cortesi.
Abbiamo scelto il menù caccia, ed è stato un susseguirsi di piatti eccellenti.
A cominciare dall'aperitivo, con diversi assaggi, tutti ben pensati ed eseguiti.
Il menù comincia che un'eccezionale battuta d'anatra, con una carne dal sapore divino.
A seguire il cinghiale, sorprendente per sapore e per come è costruito il piatto.
Ottimi anche il risotto al colombaccio (forse un filo su di sapore) e la pernice rossa.
Appena sotto il livello il cervo e il dolce, ma qui influisce anche la fame calante.
Saltiamo l'opzione di aggiungere una degustazione di formaggi, ma il carrello è invitante.
Carta vini enciclopedica, e con ricarichi ridicolmente bassi.
Insomma uno stellato, dove il cibo è ottimo e non si spende una follia.

15/03/2025: We had a divine lunch. The portions are generous and the quality is very high. The place was recommended to us and I was amazed. The staff is very friendly, and we are sure that we will definitely return if we end up in these parts again.

We ate well with very friendly service.
The only flaw is the very persistent smell of food that remains in your clothes.

09/03/2025: Ho trovato questo ristorante per caso venendo a Bagno di Romagna.Situato su un lago ti accoglie una donna sorridente, piccolo ma pulito ordinato che t invoglia a mangiare! Infatti tutto buonissimo e piatti abbondanti. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito davvero tanto gentile e disponibile.Posso dire che vale la pena tornarci

16/03/2025: Excellent food, the place has a very particular and positive atmosphere, it makes you feel at home and the young waiter who I think is the owner's son is very good, he really deserves a lot of compliments especially for the effort he puts in.
05/03/2025: Good and genuine cuisine, highly recommended, especially for local specialties and game. Family run, everyone is very kind and friendly. Even when the place is full it has fast turnaround times and maintains quality.

27/01/2025: Tutto super buono.....e proprio per questo le porzioni sarebbe più bello fossero un pochino più ricche!!! ...ma ripeto, lo dico solo perché è davvero tutto buonissimo, dal primo al dolce tutto superbo. Sapori semplici e innovativi allo stesso tempo. E poi anche la presentazione del piatto bellissima. Ambiente molto intimo, e personale super disponibile. Torneremo di certo!

In this place you will have the opportunity to taste typical products of the area. Last night we tasted everything from starters to desserts and it was an explosion of flavours, a very tasty dinner. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!"

Andiamo ai laghi ci sarà da mangiare..Era un po' tardi,al lago dei pontini ristorante il caminetto ,vediamo diverse auto.. è aperto.Entriamo siamo accolti dalla sig.ra Nella, proprio una brava persona.Ci consiglia tagliatelle fatte in casa e cinghiale in salmi . Tutto alla perfezione, servizio veloce personale cordiale.Tutto buonissimo.Superconsigliato.

23/01/2025: Sitio encontrado por casualidad y dificil para encontrarlo ya que no lleva ningun cartel llamativo.
Platos caseros muy buenos, yo probé la polenta con boletus blancos. Volveré seguro.
La pena es que no tiene baño.

18/02/2025: Una perla incastonata ai piedi del monte fumaiolo e a 2 passi dall euroterme di bagno di romagna.
In quel di Acquapartita LA FAMIGLIA PRATESI ha realizzato negli anni un piccolo miracolo culinario...un luogo dove la cucina Toscana è fatta ai massimi livelli ...dove l accoglienza ed il sevizio non sono da meno....e sopratutto dove è tutto ottimo( fiorentina ..peposo ...porcini ecc ecc) ..ma proprio tutto ( persino le erbette ) .!!!!!
IL TOSCANO È UN OSTERIA ELEGANTE .........
Dove la tradizione è l innovazione si fondono in modo perfetto sotto la maestria e l agida dello chef Alvaro .... la figlia elisa, la mamma ed l intero staff sempre pronti a stupirvi ed a farvi sentire come a casa ma.con più gusto.
NON ANDARCI ALMENO UNA VOLTA SAREBBE UN PECCATO !!!!!!!!!!!!
