07/04/2025: We chose the seasonal menu without opting for any variations, also because it was the first time we went there. As you might expect from a haute cuisine restaurant, each course is carefully prepared both visually and from a gustatory point of view, the service is there but not overwhelming and we relied on Andrea, the sommelier, to accompany the various courses and I would say that each glass harmonized with the dish of the moment. The bread made by them is renewed every time it runs out, which could fill you up before the end of the meal. I suggest saving space for a cheese tasting, it's worth it. They are currently renovating the upper floors where rooms will be built, an added convenience for those coming from a bit far away, which is not uncommon given the location of the restaurant. An experience worth having.

For those who love food, flavors, and want to take a trip as if the meal were a colorful postcard, must try this restaurant at least once.
Two well-deserved stars, which make you think with every bite, how much technique and how much study there must be to achieve such flavors.
We were given a gift by friends, the 5-course menu, enriched by two juices (as an aperitif), including the pre-dessert and small pastries.
A glass (abundant) for each dish of fine wines - we avoided pairing some courses with cocktails by not drinking spirits.
Absolutely to be repeated, and as said to the chef, no compliment is enough to express the appreciation for the quality of what you taste.
Note of merit for the oil breadsticks, sweet salt crackers from Cervia and homemade bread.

Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms...only in name...in fact only with the scent of mushrooms and seasoned.....with something foreign...
Fried mushrooms...more than mushrooms, very small scraps of mushrooms so much so that you could only taste the batter and not the mushroom.
Given the way things were going...we're done here.
I hope these are temporary difficulties...

We ate well with very friendly service.
The only flaw is the very persistent smell of food that remains in your clothes.

16/03/2025: Excellent food, the place has a very particular and positive atmosphere, it makes you feel at home and the young waiter who I think is the owner's son is very good, he really deserves a lot of compliments especially for the effort he puts in.
05/03/2025: Good and genuine cuisine, highly recommended, especially for local specialties and game. Family run, everyone is very kind and friendly. Even when the place is full it has fast turnaround times and maintains quality.

27/01/2025: Tutto super buono.....e proprio per questo le porzioni sarebbe più bello fossero un pochino più ricche!!! ...ma ripeto, lo dico solo perché è davvero tutto buonissimo, dal primo al dolce tutto superbo. Sapori semplici e innovativi allo stesso tempo. E poi anche la presentazione del piatto bellissima. Ambiente molto intimo, e personale super disponibile. Torneremo di certo!

Andiamo ai laghi ci sarà da mangiare..Era un po' tardi,al lago dei pontini ristorante il caminetto ,vediamo diverse auto.. è aperto.Entriamo siamo accolti dalla sig.ra Nella, proprio una brava persona.Ci consiglia tagliatelle fatte in casa e cinghiale in salmi . Tutto alla perfezione, servizio veloce personale cordiale.Tutto buonissimo.Superconsigliato.

Platos caseros muy buenos, yo probé la polenta con boletus blancos. Volveré seguro.
La pena es que no tiene baño.

In quel di Acquapartita LA FAMIGLIA PRATESI ha realizzato negli anni un piccolo miracolo culinario...un luogo dove la cucina Toscana è fatta ai massimi livelli ...dove l accoglienza ed il sevizio non sono da meno....e sopratutto dove è tutto ottimo( fiorentina ..peposo ...porcini ecc ecc) ..ma proprio tutto ( persino le erbette ) .!!!!!
IL TOSCANO È UN OSTERIA ELEGANTE .........
Dove la tradizione è l innovazione si fondono in modo perfetto sotto la maestria e l agida dello chef Alvaro .... la figlia elisa, la mamma ed l intero staff sempre pronti a stupirvi ed a farvi sentire come a casa ma.con più gusto.
NON ANDARCI ALMENO UNA VOLTA SAREBBE UN PECCATO !!!!!!!!!!!!
