14/12/2024: Tutto molto bene e il cameriere sa consigliare perfettamente il quantitativo delle portate.cibo ottimo ed entrè che varia in base alla stagione.

14/12/2024: I gave full marks for 1) food 2) service 3) environment and below I explain why. 1)Regarding food, although taste often has a subjective variable, I was really happy, after several years of research in restaurants, to receive a plate of abundant and excellent quality mutton. Not everywhere do I find a side dish of raw vegetables and in this restaurant it is guaranteed. Not everywhere a tasting is offered for customers, in this case fried polenta with caciuffi, welcome, that gesture of courtesy that allows customers to feel welcomed. I tasted a well-executed trio of polenta starter with mushrooms, which is not found as an option in other places. 2) Regarding the service: a boy, I think from what I know he is the son of the owner(s), I don't know. He was kind, polite, precise and dedicated to his work. He always asked us how dinner was going. Personally, I had the impression that customer care (which for some could be a question of technical details and instead for me is a care of emotional details) was well carried out and I felt at ease. 3) Simple but lived-in, not luxurious but exuding a story. Always a matter of taste. I liked it a lot.

21/11/2024: Nel rientrare da una mia trasferta nel Ferrarese. Lungo la stradi di rientro, in prossimità di un ponte, dove stanno eseguendo lavori, mi faccio fregare dai mezzi parcheggiati fuori. Pensavo fossero dentro. Invece ristorante vuoto. Vorrei andarmene, ma ormai era già le 13:20. Chiedo il tavolo, mi fanno accomodare al centro della sala. Altri tre tavoli erano occupati. Di cui uno poi era dello staff. Mi reco in bagno per lavarmi le mani ed ecco il bagno era per metà inagibile, lo stavano pavimentando…. Mi accomodo pensando fosse un ristorante/trattoria con pranzi di lavoro, ed invece no…. Menù alla carta. Sfoglio il menu, da trattoria, ma con prezzi fuori luogo. Ordino una amatriciana che ora alle 20, sto ancora cercando di digerire. Poi ditemi voi: per un primo, 1/2 rosso,1/2 frizzante e ne nemmeno il caffè 15,50€. Pranzo disgustoso, pasta cucina in modo, boh non saprei descriverla. Unico cosa gradevole sono gli operatori di sala. Per il resto niente.. Sicuramente non mi fermerò più. Fate attenzione….

28/08/2024: Fantastic bar and bakery in the center of Bondeno! High quality products and vast assortment. Really delicious bread, pastries and biscuits, super recommended!!

21/10/2024: Other times I had eaten very well while this time I was not very satisfied. However, it has currently been closed for a year and it is not known whether it will reopen.

01/10/2024: We left the highway specifically to eat in this place after seeing the positive reviews and the type of menu. Surprise. The kitchen is closed but the hotel is open. Writing it on the site to avoid unnecessary kilometers would have been kind. We will look elsewhere but I won't return here.
