27/03/2025: In addition to the pizza that can be ordered in infinite variations and flavors, I was impressed by the skill of the staff, very fast, super attentive and very clear. There were 16 of us at the table, after ordering, within reach of the pizzas, the girl never asked whose type of pizza it was... placing the plate in front of the person who had asked for that specific pizza... she didn't get a single one wrong... all on target... SPECTACULAR.! Then...not a secondary factor, they have some great beers! Well done. I'll be back.

13/03/2025: Pizza that would like to go beyond the gourmet one but should be more specified with photos attached on the menu with qr, because if I order a pan pizza it should be a whole pizza and not 4 pieces seasoned with good raw materials, but if I want a pan pizza I imagine a whole one... for the rest I will try the location again in a period where I hope the place is 100% active and functional, because it is too chaotic and noisy... not the fault of those who work there but as often happens it is the fault of the customers

17/02/2025: Excellent restaurant with typical dishes, sometimes revisited. All of great quality, average prices and very helpful, fast and courteous people. The interior of the restaurant is also beautiful and offers plenty of seating.

26/01/2025: We arrived in town later on a Saturday without a reservation, and speaking little Italian due to a change in our travel plans due to a train strike. We inquired at another top restaurant in town, but they refused to seat us without a reservation. Our reception at Uvo Passo was the complete opposite. We were warmly received, we had a very friendly and highly skilled waiter helping our waitress with English. Eventually, he basically crafted a wonderful meal for us after chatting with us about what we liked. He took extra special care of our vegetarian member, and hit spot on the preferences of everyone in our group. A couple of our group had the tortellini, it was very delicious. A couple of our group members had pizza and said the crust was thin & crunchy with just the right amount delicious char on it for perfect flavor. We had one with mixed veggies and it was amazing. We ended the evening with a couple of fantastic desserts to share. The super friendly staff made our evening not just a delicious meal, but one of our most memorable & fun Italian experiences.

19/01/2025: A PIZZERIA STILL AS IT SHOULD!! Saturday evening I ate in this delightful place, in an enveloping and warm climate, the food was excellent and of excellent quality, the staff is wonderful and will help you to satisfy your every need, the final bill: 2 pizzas (stuffed) water, 2 desserts = €36 tell me if you find something better

10/03/2025: Service to be reviewed, kitchen haywire with half the seats, wrong dishes sometimes brought to other tables.... thank goodness the food is good and fresh and reasonable prices

14/11/2024: I was very skeptical because it looked more like a bar to me. Instead I found excellent home cooking. We took the tagliatelle with meat sauce: excellent, generous and very well seasoned.. I would have liked to try all the dishes but we were passing through and it was not possible to return.

21/03/2025: I update my previous review, the food is excellent, the owners are extremely helpful and kind, the place is warm and welcoming. (The owner's nose is always like this unfortunately)
