27/08/2024: Excellent menu, fish and meat, with traditional and non-traditional dishes, very kind and helpful staff, combined with a comfortable environment and average prices make this restaurant an excellent choice for both dinner and lunch.
When the weather permits you can have lunch or dinner outdoors in a lovely outdoor area right in front of the restaurant.
5 stars more than deserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Qualità della materia prima indiscutibile.Come si dice: "la qualità non ha prezzo"
Però 7 euro per il coperto mi sembra una esagerazione:prelibatezze (pane e focacce) che se assaggiate tutte poi non c'è più posto per i piatti principali.E poi ,cosa dire di un ricarico del 450% su un vino da 10€?
01/08/2024: A 3 anni di distanza dall'ultima esperienza siamo tornati da Ensama e possiamo assolutamente affermare che l'esperienza è stata fantastica quanto la prima! Lasciatevi accompagnare dallo chef Sabino in questo viaggio culinario che ha come principale protagonista il mare della Puglia! Ottimo ristorante per festeggiare un'occasione speciale.

22/08/2024: Discovered this place by chance a year ago, we are now loyal customers! It is a typical tavern, rustic but refined. Exquisite first courses, worth mentioning are the black tortellini and the semi-wholemeal flour tortelloni which are seasoned differently according to the season. Vegetables from the garden at km 0 and amazing desserts! Manuela knows how to entertain customers with her contagious cheerfulness! Every occasion is a good one to go to la Vecia Ustari 🍷🍝

The black tortellini are delicious.
The tagliatelle with ragù is not much.
The tortelloni with cherry tomatoes is not much.
The mixed grill.
Everything left there.
Not good meat.
I do not recommend

21/08/2024: Noi andiamo spesso e nel periodo estivo ci salva dall'afa. L'atmosfera è informale e al tempo stesso molto graziosa. Il giardino è bello e i bambini posso trovare un posto dove rilassarsi in sicurezza xche è recintato. La specialità sono tigelle e Crescentine buonissime con affettati di qualità ma hanno anche un menu con pochi piatti tradizionali buoni e ben curati. Uno dei miei posti preferiti in zona.
04/07/2024: Avevamo una grandissima voglia di crescentine e curiosando su internet ho trovato questa trattoria.
Una splendida sorpresa.
Abbiamo mangiato anelli di cipolle, tigelle e crescentine normali e al carbone vegetale.. che dire...ottime!
Visti i primi che c'erano al tavolo di fianco sicuramente torneremo!
