24/04/2025: The food is very good, the staff is friendly and the prices are not high. The grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes are truly exceptional and of a significantly higher standard than the average restaurants in Bologna and the surrounding area, which usually offer side dishes at expensive prices and of mediocre quality. They also make the best trifle I've ever had in my life; this too is of an extremely superior quality to trifles eaten in other restaurants.
Good and plentiful crescents served, among other things, with delicious sweet and sour onions.

01/05/2025: We came to Marisa and Riccardo by chance eighteen years ago. Fall in love from the first moment. Never done a review before because we're not used to it, but how can we avoid it? Every year, at least a couple of times, we organize our holidays to carve out a few hours/days of immersive experience in this bucolic place where simplicity and authenticity reign. I don't know how else to describe the goodness of the pasta made by them, with their ingredients, with their fillings... a meltability of times gone by... I know it seems like the usual review. But the discriminating point is there and can be understood from the number of km that separate us and which we tackle every time at a good pace knowing the paradise that awaits us: Monterenzio (Bolognese hills) - Casarano (deep Salento)... 880 km... UNCOMPARABLE

14/05/2025: Excellent first courses and great regional cuisine, the atmosphere is simple and homely and for me the Lambrusco is not a wine up to par.

Homemade pasta. Fantastic tortelloni, as are the half moons with porcini mushrooms.
Second courses cooked at low temperature.
Exceptional.
Excellent choice of wines.
I highly recommend.

05/04/2025: Super negative experience, we entered with many good expectations but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Immense waiting times, questionable food. The mutton was poorly cooked, very hard and low quality, pizza dough with no flavour. The only edible dish was the french fries, I recommend them, but only if you have time to wait. We waited for the chips for more than an hour and they arrived at the end of the service. Place without organization and communication between them. I hope this review can be constructive.

06/05/2025: Ma sono stato nello stesso ristorante delle recenzioni che ho letto?? Purtroppo si'!
Boh siamo andati a cena in 2 una ventina di gg fa' , entrati speranzosi per la clientelea della zona, ci siamo trovati davanti al peggior pasto degli ultimi anni. Tagliatelle al ragu' scaldate in padella rinsecchite e con il ragu' col sapore di bruciacchiato, ma cuocerle fresche no?? Impresentabili! Tortellini in un brodo prativcamente insapore e trasparente, uno ogni tanto sapeva un po' di mortadella, gli altri solo pasta e anche liscia. Il personale e' cortese e il locale non sembra nemmeno troppo sporco ma non si puo' cucinare cosi' male neanche impegnandosi. Poi il fatto ce non facciano pagare il coperto e lo scirvano sulle tovagliette e' estremamente positivo ma non basta eh..
Insostanza tortellini tagliatelle lambrusco acqua e caffe 39 euro in 2 non abbiamo osato mangiare altro... Ne avrei spesi piu' volentieri 50 ma mangiando almeno decentemente. A mai piu'

23/04/2025: Alta qualità delle materie prime unita alla tradizione culinaria emiliana creano un menù, limitato, ma decisamente invitante. Poche elaborazioni e semplicità dei piatti. Attenzione alle diverse esigenze alimentari dovute ad intolleranze.
20/04/2025: Consigliati da amici e trovandoci di passaggio, scegliamo di fermarci a pranzo presso questo ristorante.
Entrati per prima cosa auguriamo Buona Pasqua e chiediamo educatamente se, non avendo prenotato, hanno posto per due.
La risposta del, presumo proprietario, è un no secco senza nemmeno guardarci negli occhi e contraccambiando il saluto, anche alla ns uscita
Ora, certamente è importante il cibo, ma e da addetto ai lavori, anche e soprattutto l'educazione vuole la sua parte.
Non ci metteremo mai più piede
