23/08/2025: There are no words to describe the pure goodness, authenticity, and delicacy of the dishes, and how could I not mention the professionalism and kindness of the people who work there and the authenticity of the place. I want to thank the restaurateurs for all this. It's been years since I've been so moved by a meal, but you did it!!! It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars, well deserved!!!

01/07/2025: The best place to eat fish: very fresh, very good, lots of variety, from oysters to mussels, clams, tuna, sole, sea bream, sea bass, monkfish, shrimp, calamari, scallops, cooked in all ways. Magnificent mussels au gratin. Impeccable service and lots of courtesy. At Timy you can never go wrong

30/07/2025: I met Claudio, the grill chef, by chance. His mother, Giovanna, is a great, award-winning cook. And then his two daughters, one at the pizzeria, La Pizzaiola 🙌. The other, at the customer service desk and at the cash register, is incredibly empathetic. The waiter is also very kind and ready to accommodate every request. Once I ordered tagliatelle with ham, but I couldn't tell if the plate was too small or too many tagliatelle, but the plate was empty. Then two other times I ordered the rosemary tagliatelle, tender, juicy, and flavorful. And here comes the owner, Claudio, the grill man. I ask him, "Tell me, how is the meat so tender?" And he seriously replies, "I'll massage it all night long." A special friendship has been born with him, with no interest whatsoever. In short, he always makes me pay the bill. I recommend booking so you don't end up starving. I recommend

11/08/2025: Stopped on the way to the sea. Tasted the Florentine meat. And this 🔥. Very juicy and tasty.

10/08/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria offering traditional cuisine with fresh, homemade dishes. A relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent prices (considering the high quality of the food on offer).

18/07/2025: When you book a room at place known for Its food and service, you'd expect to be informed there will be no service at the day you stay. Especially after a 250+ km bicycle ride. . update: they do have information about the service schedule however, it is mentioned in 6 punto characters, so, do read small notes also.

16/07/2025: We had an amazing lunch in Il Murello. Our room was spacious and beautiful and I especially enjoyed the view from the patio. Really friendly staff and delicious breakfast made just for us!
