Bolognese cuisine, both meat and seafood, is delicious, carefully prepared, and very inviting. Friendly and attentive service, reasonable wait times. Reservations recommended. Average prices.

12/12/2025: We've been ordering pizza here for several years now, for several reasons: first and foremost, the friendliness, and then the pizza is always satisfying, and they don't skimp on the toppings.
Not like other pizzerias where adding fries is equivalent to 8 fries counted and you're forced to order the portion separately.
27/10/2025: Great place for pizza at lunch. Made right in front of you. Veggie pizza option is great tasting.

04/01/2026: My girlfriend and I decided to try this Roman restaurant, and we were thrilled.
We had a Roman-style fried fish appetizer and two first courses: bucatini alla amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe. They were absolutely high-quality and delicious. My mouth is watering even as I'm writing this review!
The service was friendly and well-organized.
The bill was absolutely fair for the overall quality we found.
We don't live in Medicina, but we'll definitely be back!

They have a wide selection of seafood, fish, and meat dishes, but pizza is only available for dinner.
08/12/2025: I liked the place, very classic and tidy, the service was friendly, and the food was excellent. I had a very delicate white fish risotto, followed by a mascarpone, which was fantastic.

01/02/2026: I went to lunch at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and felt like I was in Rome. The atmosphere and staff (the owner's daughter is very friendly) recommended the most typical dishes, and it was a success. Everything was delicious, including the wine. Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: A simple and welcoming place. The service is a bit hit or miss, but that's perfectly acceptable given that the place is always very busy.
It's busy, but that doesn't change the quality of the food.
The tortellini are superb! The tagliatelle with ragù is excellent, tender and flavorful. The fries are superb, as are the zucchini.
The pizza is also excellent: thin, crispy, tasty, and well-filled.
The coffee affogato is also good, a simple cream ice cream, but not a run-of-the-mill treat.
I recommend this restaurant for any occasion, from a business lunch to a dinner with friends celebrating an anniversary.
Excellent value for money, the owners and staff are kind and helpful.
25/11/2025: Well-appointed location, shame about the bathrooms that, unfortunately, due to rude people, leave them dirty without any restraint for those who have to clean them, I've been here a couple of times, I tried some first courses and they weren't bad at all, compliments to those who cook them, the marinara pizza wasn't bad except for that addition of spicy oil, the schiacciatina wasn't really schiacciatina but never mind, I hope that the pizza chef will catch us sooner or later with the pizza or schiacciatina for me, maybe a little drier for me if that's possible, anyway good, the waiter I know is difficult to do especially having to be patient with certain people who are not satisfied or who complain too much, anyway good they too, the price is right for what we got as a group

13/08/2025: I'm sad to write this review because the pizza is one of the best in Medicina. But watch out for the prices! The lady at the cash register applies arbitrary prices to the pizzas. The total never matches the price on the paper menu. Once, she charged me an extra 0.50 cents for paying by card, and unfortunately, I only noticed after I left. Another evening, she told us we'd have to wait two hours for takeout pizzas, while eating in wouldn't have been that long. Why? Do they use two different ovens? All for a few euros more for cover and water. We won't be returning.

Review update: You can't spend €200 and not even have a receipt... then you'll have diarrhea at home.
18/12/2025: Nice place, authentic food, friendly service, great prices.
It's a traditional osteria, with a retro feel and a generous selection.
The town is a bit remote, but it's worth a visit.
The atmosphere is homey.
If you want the arrosticini (delicious), make a reservation; they sell out like hotcakes! The mutton ragù, fried cream, and sautéed vegetables are also fantastic.

It was a pleasant stop.
16/11/2025: We celebrated an eighteenth birthday yesterday. It was a resounding success, thanks to the professionalism and courtesy we encountered. All the food, desserts, and cake were arranged at our request. The venue was very tidy and beautiful, and can be used in a variety of ways to suit different needs. A very satisfying experience, which I highly recommend. The ample parking is also a must-see. Thank you for everything.

20/10/2025: Absolutely shameful... I'm talking about dinner time. My daughter and my granddaughter were there, and they arrived shortly after. I urged the cashier twice to order a marinara so the little girl could eat right away (the pizzeria was very busy). I asked the waiter again for the recommendation to order the marinara first. Unfortunately, the wait was long, even though, I repeat, there were very few people in the pizzeria. And despite the recommendation to order the famous marinara right away, my daughter's pizza arrived, and the little girl's pizza took 10 minutes. Meanwhile, she was showing signs of fatigue, so she ate practically nothing, and her pizza arrived completely burnt, while ours were practically undercooked. Apologies were made, but the little girl's pizza was charged for. This is a scandalous place, highly inadvisable.
