20/01/2025: The Medicina tavern becomes a place of the heart from the first moment you visit. It is a place where you can breathe the air of the taverns of the past, where you eat very well with respectable portions, for people who are hungry. The service is informal and efficient, they know how to advise from dishes to wines with knowledge but without arrogance. Mainly local wines and a nice, not huge but well-curated choice of French labels. You will be enchanted by their friggione and won over by their ragù. A single warning: it is not for delicate palates, the food is tasty without hesitations, if you are not used to Emilian cuisine you will leave the place rolling. Excellent parking options nearby, worth trying again and again.

22/12/2024: We read some negative reviews and although they were clearly full of hatred, we had let ourselves be influenced a little and, although we have lived in Medicina for some time, we had not yet gone there until today. WONDERFUL PLACE. THE GIRLS IN THE ROOM DISCREET AND ATTENTIVE. AMAZING FOOD: try the pecorino cream puffs because they are truly an unexpected delight. Even if you're full, don't miss the opportunity to try their ricotta and Nutella bag because it's something the world needs to know about! And what's more, we spent less than what we usually send for lunch. Compliments to the entire restaurant. We will definitely return and recommend.

25/11/2024: All very good, both the pasta and the meat. The service is also excellent. The only thing to review is the waiting time. Maybe a little too much for both the former and the latter. However, nothing to say about the quality of the food.

25/01/2025: Excellent pizza but I don't agree with the fact of the fixed hours, I ate the pizza in 10 minutes and I burned my palate because I had to leave by 9pm. But can you lose customers like that? Just because you have to give up your place to the other shift .Never seen anything like this.

16/10/2024: I was in the area for work reasons and had lunch with colleagues, a fixed menu, excellent homemade tagliatelle with meat sauce, caprese and very fresh salad. Warm and familiar atmosphere, the owners very kind and friendly.
