15/05/2025: Locale consigliatoci dalla gestione del maso la Marianna dove abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte. Il locale è carinissimo, pieno di gnomi di legno e oggetti di legno sparsi e appesi su tutto il locale. Siamo stati serviti da personale gentilissimo e i piatti ordinati, caratteristici della zona, erano abbondanti e davvero molto buoni. Da vedere la stanza con tutti i salumi appesi. Alla fine rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo

18/05/2025: Excellent Trattoria where you can taste different dishes, offered every day with careful and vast mastery, in my case a dish in the photo such as tortelli in butter and sage impeccable. A simple but really good dish in fresh pasta. I highly recommend, it is located in the main street of Folgaria.

13/05/2025: I was lucky enough to have dinner at this wonderful restaurant Amici del Rifugio Crucolo. My partner and I had a tasting menu and the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend the pappardelle with venison ragù and vegetables and the venison loin is also very good. A well-kept place with impeccable service. I highly recommend!

05/04/2025: Menu risicato e piatti con parte dei cibi già preparati o addirittura apparivano riscaldati dà preconfezionato (funghi). Poco aromatizzati e insipidi (spezzatini).

13/06/2025: We had lunch on a weekday, we found this restaurant by chance in Cavalese, in a small alley in the center. Justina welcomed us kindly but with the typical discretion of these places. The menu had the right number of courses, all very local, without overdoing the imagination and without giving useless imaginative names. For those who are not meat lovers, some fish dishes. Giustina is also a great sommelier who recommended an excellent wine, also from the area, with an excellent bouquet but with a good price. The price paid per person was around €27 for a super satisfying lunch and with an excellent wine. Ps. Exceptional goulash and a revisited tiramisu (by the pastry chef daughter) with caramelized pears. Just a small tip, the contemporary Italian music (perhaps too contemporary) clashed with the wonder of the place and the goodness of the dishes. Total rating: 10 😉

29/05/2025: By far my most enjoyable and interesting stop. It sits at the top of a small ski mountain. There were a group of workers having a nice lunch. I had just finished a 14km hike and stopped in for a bite to eat. The host was very pleasant and helpful, pointing out the items they had that day. I went there for the gulash and it was on the menu. It was outstanding and good sized. I finished it off with a local excellent beer and too much bread.

31/05/2025: Located in the heart of Trento, Antica Trattoria Al Volt is a jewel of local cuisine. The setting, with its vaulted ceilings and historic furnishings, offers a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The menu offers typical dishes such as canederli in brodo, strangolapreti al burro, pappardelle al ragù di venison and the inevitable homemade apple strudel. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to recommend the best pairing with local wines such as Teroldego. The quality-price ratio is excellent but given the limited availability of tables, reservations are recommended. An unmissable place for those who want to taste the real Trentino cuisine in a familiar and genuine context.

18/06/2025: I reserved lunch with The Fork, received my orders, left... closed. I booked for lunch through The Fork. I received confirmation. I went but it was closed. Now I'm left without lunch because it's late. Congratulations
