21/04/2026: Found by chance, as always, we were lucky this time too. First of all, because of the incredibly friendly and professional staff. And secondly, because we ate so well. I would have liked to try other dishes, but I didn't have time, and especially not room! The cacio pepe risotto with truffle was fantastic. And the Tuscan appetizer that preceded it was very hearty. If we have the chance, we'll be back to try the main courses, which are definitely worth it.

11/04/2026: I had a great time. The owner is very knowledgeable. He explains the menu very well, down to the smallest detail. The dishes are very unique, so you need to try them slowly to fully appreciate the flavors. The place is small but quaint. The wait times are very short considering the type of dish that requires a lot of work. The prices are in line with the quality of the food served. The service is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

10/04/2026: I returned to this restaurant after many years. It was a staple for me when I lived in Prato. It changed management a few years ago. The quality is high, even though the prices aren't the same as the previous management. The quality/price ratio is a bit low.

08/04/2026: My family and I found this place by chance, but I'd say it's highly recommended. If we were local, we'd probably go back, because we had such a wonderful meal. The waiter was incredibly kind: very polite and friendly, and the food was truly delicious and you could tell it was prepared with care. It's definitely worth it.

20/04/2026: A very charming and welcoming place, perfect for a dinner with friends; the wide selection of wines is the restaurant's highlight. In fact, choosing a wine is a true experience because there's no wine list; they invite you to choose directly from their selection (which is truly immense!!!). Each wine is priced per bottle; an interesting idea. The only flaw is that when it came time to choose, I found myself sitting at two very large tables in front of the wines and I only managed to see a few bottles, so we ended up asking the staff for recommendations. The dishes, which blend tradition and innovation, are also excellent.

17/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with the set menu (charcuterie board + steak + side dish + glass of wine + water). The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to customer requests. Everything was delicious, both the dishes and the house wine. The staff even stopped by several times to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely return to try the à la carte menu and I recommend it!

06/01/2026: A typical Tuscan restaurant with traditional dishes revisited in a remarkable way. We ate the meat-based menu, and every dish was worthy of the chef's compliments. The atmosphere was truly beautiful and refined. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Highly recommended. My heartfelt compliments to all the staff.

02/04/2026: The service was friendly and fast, and the meat was excellent, as were the vegetable side dishes. I was a little disappointed with the appetizer (Aunt Carla's), but I'd definitely go back.

02/03/2026: Delicious and tasty dishes (I had 2 starters and 2 first courses), very friendly and helpful staff, characteristic and pleasant atmosphere, absolutely recommended.

25/02/2026: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The place is surrounded by greenery and has plenty of parking. The dishes were generous and tasty. They were authentic. The four of us had three first courses, an appetizer, four second courses, including two fillets with lard (excellent), water, wine for €28, and desserts. It cost just under €60 per person, but I have to say it was worth it. I think we'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

14/02/2026: I stopped for a bite to eat at this restaurant near the Prato Cathedral and had a lovely meal. The food was plentiful and delicious. The prices were reasonable. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it to anyone visiting the center of Prato.

10/04/2026: If you’re looking to pay premium prices for very average (at best) food, this is the place. This restaurant appears to trade entirely on its location, because the kitchen certainly doesn’t justify the reputation. I ordered the “grilled chicken” and was served a single, small drumstick that tasted like it had been prepared well in advance, accompanied by a token spoonful of spinach. €20 for this is not just overpriced—it’s borderline insulting. Portions are minimal, quality is poor, and there seems to be little care or pride in what leaves the kitchen. My guest’s dish—overcooked asparagus—was left almost untouched, equally overpriced and equally disappointing. I didn’t say anything at the time as I was hosting an important client, but the experience was, frankly, embarrassing. The view is indeed beautiful—but unfortunately, it feels like that’s exactly what you’re paying for, rather than anything on the plate. There are far better places that respect both their food and their customers. This is not one of them.

01/02/2026: A class apart! In a cozy and peaceful setting, the high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship stand out. Everything is homemade, from the bread (including the exceptional, much-loved welcome focaccia) to the desserts. Compliments to the chef. Courtesy and customer service are hallmarks. It's a shame that several dishes on the menu were sold out. The wines are excellent. Prices are a little higher than average, but justified by the quality. We'll definitely be back.

14/10/2025: Friendly staff, delicious food and fast service even though we went without a reservation when the city was full for an event.

02/01/2026: We went for New Year's Eve dinner. We ate à la carte. The fried cod appetizer cost €16. It was 3/4 of an artichoke and 2 pieces of fish so small they didn't even need cutting. The first courses were very good, both the spaghetti and the risotto. The Milanese cutlet was pathetic, salty, dry, and tasteless. The cheek was very good, as was the fish, although I don't know what kind of fish it was. The zuppa inglese should be renamed; it was a two-tone pudding that had nothing to do with zuppa inglese. The worst coffee I've had in 50 years. The wine was very good, the service excellent, and the tables were well spaced for privacy. Nice atmosphere.

01/01/2026: Dinner for December 31st was simply exceptional, delicious, seafood-based, and everything was excellent. Best wishes to everyone. It was a very pleasant surprise. We'll be back without a doubt. 🎊🌲🎊🥳🎉 The service, the quality of the food, and everything else were top marks. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Thank you for everything, truly from the heart ❤️.

17/10/2025: We can only give a review about the ice cream. We've never had stracciatella ice cream that was so good. The cookie and lemon flavors were also very popular.
