11/03/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at Da Balestra in Piombino, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and has a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The real stars are the pasta dishes, prepared with fresh homemade pasta: authentic flavors, generous portions, and quality ingredients that are evident in every bite. The care and passion behind the kitchen are clearly evident. The service is friendly and attentive, helping make lunch or dinner even more enjoyable. 07/04/2026: We went there in the afternoon for coffee and cake. The staff were very friendly, the seating was really comfortable, and the Torta alla Nonna was divine!

03/04/2026: A unique setting located in a truly beautiful little village. The service left a little to be desired, being very hasty and rude. I imagine it was due to the crowds.
