We'll definitely be back to try the exotic meat and other risottos! The host, a combination of passion and kindness, is always a pleasure. It's a shame we're not friends and can't invite each other to dinner at our homes! At Balestra, every dish is a celebration, and every recommended wine is a pleasure for the palate. One thing that saddens us is that the host is an Inter Milan fan, but the customer, with affection, forgives him for this major flaw.
