15/01/2026: I'm updating my review: We returned in December 2025, between Christmas and New Year's, to experience a quieter Elba.
We were delighted to eat at Cacio e Vino again and enjoy the passion and love with which their dishes are prepared. Thank you for the long chat; it was lovely chatting with you! :)

August 2025 - We stopped for a quick pizza and pasta. The owners were very kind. Perfect location.
