We went there 3 times while visiting the area and would love to have lunch and dinner again
06/09/2025: Arrived with expectations that were unfortunately disappointed. The menu is long. It would be helpful to narrow down the offerings and focus on a limited number of dishes, with better attention to detail. The atmosphere is neat and clean, although it feels rather shabby. Kudos to the three young men who take care of the dining room and the orders.

24/08/2025: The place is on top / side of the hill and the terrace offers a view onto Florence in the distance.
We came for dinner in August but the terrace was not open / served.
The food was a little disappointing as we head good things.
All we ordered was pre-prepared and came very quickly.
The Peposo del Milione was dry.
The deserts however were delicious. (Pre-preparation does no harm here)
Waiters we're not unfriendly but not very attentive.
24/08/2025: I was disappointed to receive mayonnaise and ketchup in containers at McDonald's along with the burger, which on the menu was offered with its own sauces. I thought I was getting sauces made by you in containers like little cups placed on the plate, and not brought and placed on the table. Also to enhance the meat, which was good. Too bad.

08/09/2025: Nothing exceptional as an experience. The food was decent. Unfortunately, I ordered a dish, but it was brought to me with an ingredient I'm allergic to that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The staff was kind, apologizing and remaking my plate.
07/09/2025: You eat well, and the service at Maurizio's is well managed.

24/08/2025: A truly delightful experience
We stumbled upon this place to break up our journey from Calabria to Milan, curious to try typical Tuscan cuisine, especially the tripe!!!
We were absolutely not disappointed!
The courteous and very friendly staff welcomed us and explained the dishes.
The food deserved top marks... everything was delicious.
We had the Tuscan appetizer, in the truest sense of the word. The Tuscan tripe and the lampredotto parcel, each better than the last.
To be honest: we cleaned our plates!! 😋
The location was very nice and well-kept, even though we didn't enjoy the view at night.
What can I say... we'll definitely see you again!!!

21/12/2024: Sono stato qui a pranzo con gli amici, dopo tante Schiacciate ripiene questa volta abbiamo pranzato a tavola.. Il menù cambia e abbiamo preso dei taglieri misti, ottima la burrata e pure il prosciutto. Pecorino n1. Poi io mi sono preso un hamburger. Pensavo meglio. Vino rosso San felice non speciale.. Peccato! Forse ci sono delle cose che gli vengono meglio e altre peggio.. La schiacciata con gli affettati sicuramente è la meglio!
17/09/2024: Íntimo, genuino, en una excelente ubicación. La cena privada que siempre has soñado. No estoy seguro sobre el vino, pero la comida era divina.
