They are special people
04/04/2026: Service is non existent. Waitresses kept passing by our table without ever looking at us. Eventually the Chef came out of the kitchen & told us what was off the menu. Food is ok. There are much better osterias in the area, especially when it comes to service.

29/03/2026: Excellent restaurant located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, about twenty minutes from the Futa Pass.
With an appetizer of cured meats and fried gnocco, a Florentine steak weighing about 1.4 kg for two people with a side of baked beans and potatoes, sweets with vin santo, a bottle of wine, water, and coffee, the bill came to around €45 per person.
Very attentive service and reasonable wait times; reservations are recommended.
Ample parking for cars and motorcycles.
09/03/2026: We went for lunch and it was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere was elegant and quiet despite the crowds. Book a table in advance. All the dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, using top-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back...and the prices are really fair!

29/12/2025: I stayed at this property for one night at the end of December 2025. When I called, they told me they were closed but that they would give me the room anyway. Someone would be there to greet me and give me the room keys at my arrival time. That's what happened; I was given the keys and had to find the room myself because the girl had no idea what floor it was on.
When I checked into my room at 6:30 PM, I immediately noticed that the two radiators were freezing. I called and was told that they were working during the day and would be turned on around 7:00 PM. I went out to dinner, and at 8:30 PM, the radiators were still cold. I left a message, which never received a response.
The next morning, since I had the keys to the door and the exit shutter, I didn't know who to leave them with. I tried calling both numbers, but one was unavailable, and the other rang unanswered. So, I left a message. I never received a call back and no one ever responded to my message.
