12/08/2024: The interior is beautiful, furnished with care and elegance especially in the equipment, but.... I choose to dine in this restaurant on a Monday evening and I can say good and abundant dishes and in some you can see that there is elaboration and revisitation, but as regards the service, we are not there. During the two hours at dinner we had to request I don't know how many times for the drink and the bread before it was brought back to us, having to finish the appetizer with the cured meats without a slice of bread given the time that had passed since the request for both the bread and the cheese for the first course , in the second part of the dinner the chosen side dish didn't even arrive and I therefore had to finish the dish without the accompaniment I would have liked which I honestly thought would arrive even if it was late given the foresight in repeating the choices made when ordering to the waitress, but this was not the case. In short, the expectations were high but the reality was very different, despite the goodness of the dishes, the attention towards the customer was very little and due to the presentation of the place at the beginning one expected a very very different service, much more personal and attentive which it absolutely isn't

09/12/2024: I found the dishes quite poor, we took a cut of mixed grilled meat (in the photo) paid €22 and there wasn't even a bit of side dish, upon my request to the owner he told me that the side dish is paid separately 5 €. Robiola with ham €10 The polenta was just 2 slices and there was supposed to be ragù and meat, but there was only sauce with minced meat. Terrible cuisine served with little imagination and little love for food. The bread was not fresh, but kept in the fridge. There is definitely better out there Total for 3 people €62 taking only a bottle of water and a hot heart cake which arrived frozen and had to be redone. Overpriced for what they offer. Spartan environment, there was even a broken ceiling fan on the floor.

09/12/2024: A healthy trattoria, good traditional Tuscan dishes, family atmosphere and honest prices. Some details of the room could be modernized, but nothing fundamental. Note of merit for the welcome pussys.
