01/12/2025: We are three friends from Versilia who were visiting the Christmas markets in Empoli on Sunday by train. We happened upon this trattoria by chance, enticed by the simple Tuscan dishes. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they welcomed us warmly and found us a table. We ate excellently prepared traditional dishes in a simple but warm and clean setting. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, and the price was excellent! We'll definitely be back... thank you.

27/10/2025: I'll start by saying that I rarely write reviews, but this one was a must. Yesterday, I had lunch with my wife: the atmosphere was "unique," with attention to detail, decidedly relaxing, and out of the ordinary. We had paella (prepared to order), which was very good and unusual, and a mixed salad with fruit and shrimp (pleasantly warm). It was all accompanied by a glass of Friulian wine, which surprised me (at the perfect temperature). I was very satisfied. The owner is friendly, kind, unobtrusive, and knowledgeable. The quality/price ratio was good. I will definitely be back.
03/10/2025: Disturbingly Bad. Food was a complete disaster - Wine by the glass was literally undrinkable; We were out in five minutes, food and all. What a complete waste of money.
We were the last to be served, truly, as they were about to close, but still, didn’t make us the favour of serving us with reheated food, and wine, which had been open for ages. Wasn’t even given a few minutes to at least ‘choose’, not that there was much to choose from, anyway.
Do not even bother.

27/04/2025: Trattoria onestissima, dove provare i sapori di una volta. Porzioni generose e buona qualità della materia prima. In tre (compreso un bambino) abbiamo optato per un antipasto toscano (molto ricco), uno spaghetto alla carrettiera (la porzione era per due ma in tre ci abbiamo manfiato alla grande) e una porzione di patate e verdure al forno (gustosissime). Mezzo litro di vino, acqua e caffè per un contro poco al di sotto dei 60 euro. Consigliatissimo. La zona è molto tranquilla, fuori dal centro di Empoli e facilmente raggiungibile dalla SGC FI.PI.LI.
22/03/2025: Tutto molto buono, cucina tipica Toscana, dai sapori antichi. Consiglio per qualsiasi occasione. Ampio parcheggio privato interno.
