04/02/2025: Ormai locale "fisso" per le nostre cene tra amici. Consiglio di non esagerare con antipasti e primi ma di puntare al fritto che è sempre abbondante e di ottimo livello. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci a breve. Prezzi nella norma e forse anche qualcosa meno. Prenotate perché sempre pieno!

18/01/2025: Arrived here by word of mouth from Florence. We were not disappointed: the appetizer platter, apparently similar to many others, has a special and local flavour, both the instantly fried polenta croutons and the cured meats and other condiments such as black crouton, sausage and hazelnuts, tomatoes with a “real” flavor. An encore of first courses: macaroni with braised sauce, excellent, and ravioli with cod, a little less interesting. A fried chicken and rabbit, good, and handmade fried potatoes. Two coffees and an excellent local wine (Barco Reale). All €80. What is striking about this place is the unpretentious quality, the excellent service and the family atmosphere: despite the crowds (two birthdays) the waitress took care to ask us which of the first courses we preferred! Among other things, the chef-owner was available to celebrate birthdays with suitable music and taking photos of the various groups, very nice. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.
