Very kind and attentive managers.
The room and the outdoor area are beautiful and clean.
Super clean restrooms.
Upon entering you see the kitchen tidy and very clean.
Impeccable kitchen staff.

I recommend booking as it is very popular.
I have to say I was very impressed

I love fried food and I have to say it's delicious, I recommend it.
Not greasy, crunchy, perfectly cooked.
The swordfish with sweet and sour vegetables is delicious.
Delicious turbot, perfect cooking.

Always super delicious fried food, made with fresh fish, fabulous swordfish carpaccio, exceptional sardines in sauce.
The owner is very friendly, a really nice person.

07/04/2025: Family restaurant. I've always been happy with both quality (even if last time there was a bit too much buŕro in the artichokes) and quantity (I've always only had seafood menus). Good polite, friendly and immediate service. Very clean environment, pleasant even if not very modern with about a dozen tables and when the internal courtyard terrace opens, the same. The wine list could be improved.
Always remember to book because it is not easy to find a place. However you will have a good time!

06/05/2025: Excellent welcome, excellent cuisine! We had a great time (gnocchi with asparagus and sausage, veal fillet and potatoes, sorbets bursting with fruit for dessert). Very good advice for wine! Make the detour for this restaurant, it's worth it ☺️

24/05/2025: We were on Friday 24th May for the first time in this very characteristic and intimate restaurant. To try the specialties of the menu we shared an appetizer of crostini with livers, a pappardella with wild boar and a Florentine steak with potatoes.... WHAT THE HECK AM I GOING TO TELL YOU!!!! Everything was delicious, not to mention the apple pie made by grandma! The owner Walter was super kind and super attentive to making sure our dinner was fine, Luca and Ilaria were courteous and smiling. They made us feel at home, we will definitely return with our little girl who is greedy for meat and if I have to make her eat well, it is right to return here!! TOP TOP TOP

10/05/2025: Small place along the state road, suitable for small groups.
The cuisine recalled is Tuscan, but the property is Piedmontese like most of the dishes; in the Tuscan menu there is only grilled meat, which is a bit short to define the place as Tuscan.
The Fiorentina that was served to us was discreet, nothing exceptional.
29/04/2025: Che dire di questo posto....trattoria toscana: beh non bastano tre piatti (pici,fiorentina e hamburger chianina) per definirsi una trattoria toscana, sminuire una delle cucine più ricche d'Italia così è già una nota negativa in partenza soprattutto se a rappresentarla sono tre piatti tra i più comuni. Ho mangiato un hamburger di chianina, non eccezionale ma neanche così male se non per il fatto che sia la carne che le patatine come contorno fossero un po' troppo salate, ho poi chiesto un dolce, avevano a disposizione meringata, pastiera napoletana a saker tutti dolci confezionati ma soprattutto tipici tosco piemontesi!! Ho optato per la pastiera servita bollente, probabilmente riscaldata troppo dopo averla tolta dal freezer e sinceramente sembraba di mangiare solo un pezzo di pasta frolla secca, non si sentiva né la ricotta e tanto meno i gusti tipici del dolce partenopeo...ti definisci trattoria toscana e piemontese, che già è un controsenso, ma mettici qualche piatto tipico in più oppure o fai una o fai l'altra ma bene....mal che vada hai sempre il jolly hamburgheria...fai qualche hamburger in più e lasci stare la cucina tipica!! in conclusione oltre alla cena penosa, una cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio è che ho fatto un appunto sul prezzo dell hamburger preso sia da me che dalla mia compagna in quanto mi sembrava che sul menù fosse di 12 euro e non di 13 euro come fattomi pagare e mi è stato risposto che era 13 e non 12, mi aspettavo che la proprietaria verificasse e mi facesse vedere il menù ma nulla...colpa mia che non l'ho chiesto, magari mi sono sbagliato io a leggere nn lo escludo... ma poi che te vai ad attaccare per 2 euro!!! Ho sorvolato, tanto non ci metterò più pede!!in definitiva due hamburger di chianina con patatine,due dolci non fatti in casa e pessimi, mezzo litro di vino e un litro di acqua per la modica cifra di 47 €!!!!

22/08/2023: Wir waren bei Panigaccio ein paar Malen und waren begeistert von Qualität des Fleisches und Ambiente . Vor allem die Battuta war sagenhaft! Leider bei unserem letzten Besuch in Juli 2023 , haben wir erfahren, dass das Lokal komplett zu hat . Schade !!!!

31/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale volutamente dato che vengo dalla Toscana e sopratutto dato che ne ho sentito parlare molto bene.
Il locale mi piace ben curato e accogliente, il menù me lo aspettavo un po’ più toscano essendo tipico, ma comunque accettabile .
Ho avuto un piccolo incidente di percorso durante la cena nei tordelli lucchesi(ho avvertito del problema )che però oltre a quello erano purtroppo troppo crudi.
Il resto era tutto buono, ripeto mi aspettavo più toscana nei piatti e anche nel servizio .
L unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta, è stata la mancanza di comunicazione tra chi mi ha sparecchiato e il titolare…perché al momento del conto non era al corrente del fatto che i miei tordelli fossero tornati indietro praticamente intatti. Sono cose che possono succedere quindi ok, da rivedere magari però la parte dove si cerca di risolvere un problema sorto… detto questo, peccato, ma comunque voglio tornare..
29/01/2025: Stasera , tagliatelle con cima e salsiccia , un mix di sapori che delizia il palato … da Ivo e sempre uno spettacolo cenare .
