04/04/2025: Attracted by the name, I wanted to try this place that gave me the idea of a place where they know how to cook meat and I must say that they fully met my expectations.
It is very large in size, with many seats.
The service is fast and the prices are average.
I had an entrecôte that was truly exquisite, with a side of baked potatoes and very good green beans, also adding some sautéed chicory.
All accompanied with an excellent red wine and I must say that their wine selection is not bad at all, on the contrary! To finish in style, a nice and good chocolate mousse.
In addition to the excellent dinner, I also had a nice evening.
Recommended.

Everything top!!
The restaurant is very well looked after down to every detail (even the bathroom)...

10/02/2025: Cozy place, very kind staff, attentive to the customer and very friendly.
I went to this place with my friends for dinner for the first time and it was a discovery. Excellent quality food. Excellent value for money. We ate amberjack cooked and seasoned in a masterful way and meat with delicious potatoes, a platter of amazing cold cuts and cheeses, not to mention the dessert... a delicious lemon cream accompanied with biscuits and fresh fruit.
We will definitely be back and can only recommend it!!!

30/03/2025: If you can only go to one restaurant in Rome, this is the place for authentic Italian cuisine. The service is impeccable and the food is sublime. We were greeted by the owner and he made our evening so special. Highly recommended.

02/02/2025: Ringrazio la mia amica Francesca per avermi fatto conoscere questo diamante della ristorazione . Locale raffinato ed elegante nei minimi particolari ma allo stesso tempo vieni accolto in maniera calorosa ed affettuosa . Piatti sapientemente cucinati con materie prime di livello si capisce che c’è una cura estrema nei dettagli . Io personalmente ho preso un antipasto e un secondo di carne la guancia con pure Che dire superlativo . Una nota particolare la do a i dolci di un livello superiore alla media che viene servita nei ristoranti . Ovviamente fatti da loro . Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale . Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti . Ringrazio ancora la mia amica per avermi fatto conoscere questo ristorante . Grazie siete veramente molto bravi 👏
28/12/2024: Ennesima conferma, uovo con tartufo superlativo era” una vite” che con non lo mangiavo fatto così bene, stracotto ottimo, cuore di carciofo con ciauscolo assolutamente da provare! Servizio attento e cortese. Prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo

18/07/2024: We wanted to restore faith in this restaurant and I must say that it was worth it. We had an appetizer for 2, a spectacular carbonara and a pasta with meat sauce. A glass of wine, water and tiramisu (offered). €30 for 2. Really excellent. We will definitely be back.

13/03/2025: Sì, IL LOCALE è "UN BUCO".
Lo sanno anche i gestori, che così lo hanno chiamato.
Ma che problema c'è, se poi si mangia discretamente e si viene accolti altrettanto bene?
I camerieri provvedono a sostituire le posate con quelle giuste secondo quello che si è scelto.
Giusti anche i tempi del servizio.
Peccato per il non funzionamento del wi fi all'interno: il locale è sprovvisto di segnale.
Gradevoli le scelte fatte: scaloppine ai funghi porcini, idem per la lombatina di vitello alla salvia (carne tenerissima).
La vignarola, piatto misto di verdure di stagione (carciofi, piselli e fave), forse mancava un po' di sapore, comunque mangiabile.
Da ritornarci.

06/01/2025: Vado in questo ristorante da più di 20 anni in qualsiasi occasione Natale, Pasqua o un giorno qualsiasi della settimana e non mi ha mai deluso anzi ogni volta che vado sono sempre più soddisfatto sia dell'accoglienza sempre molto gentile e curata da tutti in particolarr dalla propietaria Maria grande padrona di casa sempre attenta a soddisfarei i suoi clienti, sia della cucina molto tradizionale ma veramente fatta con cura, piatti sempre generosi e prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio vivamente.
14/12/2024: Location bella confortevole, spaziosa e accogliente sin dall'entrata, tutto ben curato e tenuto dando uno stile semplice ma d'impatto che riporta subito ai casali toscani.. E con la chicca del camino... l'ambiente è ancora più "Caldo", la cucina, dall'antipasto al dolce (tutto fatto in casa da una cuoca eccellente) è stato Favoloso, un viaggio di piacere per il palato.. Proprietario e personale davvero gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili. Prezzo onestissimo con portate di ottima qualità, assolutamente da ritornare è proporre.
.. Non da meno, parcheggio interno ampio ed un bel giardino da godere❤️
