16/02/2025: "Degradation" to 1 star after today's episode, Sunday lunch. We arrived at 12.45pm (booked), at 1.15pm a lady (not from the dining room!) comes to the table and asks us "while waiting for my colleagues to come to take the order, can I bring you a drink?"... many thanks to this kind lady, but after leaving us for almost half an hour without even asking us if we wanted a glass of water, and without taking our order (while three other tables who arrived after us in the meantime had been served), I'm sorry but we won't see each other more. It's a shame for the total disorganization of the service, which has already been noted on other occasions, but today was unfortunately our last visit. NB: This was my previous opinion, which I leave to document that we were good customers: Very nice place, good food and generous portions (excellent cappelletti with meat sauce), so-so desserts. Prices in my opinion slightly above average. The only flaw, at least on Sunday lunch: clearly understaffed, we were "forgotten" despite two attempts to call the service. We wanted to finish with a nice coffee, but we gave up and went to pay. Otherwise very kind, they even gave us a corner table as we requested due to our dog.
