04/01/2026: The food was delicious, as other reviews have stated. The place was small but the atmosphere was good, and the staff was polite and friendly. But it was intolerable that, with the place packed on a Saturday night, we waited an hour and 25 minutes after ordering to be able to eat. Clearly, there isn't enough kitchen staff to handle that number of guests. This should be acknowledged and the number of guests should be limited or more staff hired. As a result, our evening was ruined and we had to return to the hotel without having had a chance to see the city. No delicious dish is worth the price of a cancelled evening. Reading the owner's replies to other users' reviews, he'll surely be insulting this one too, but fortunately, I don't make a living from reviews. My sole purpose is to share my experience with other users so they can know what to expect and make informed decisions. —- Update after reading the owner's response: I'd like to add that instead of reflecting on what I and other customers, like me, have written to improve, he simply sees the criticisms and deletes them, perhaps even apologizing for the poor service his customers have suffered. Evidently this attitude pays off, as he's opened six more locations, as he wrote elsewhere in his response to other comments (a rather monotonous reply). Instead of asking himself why someone leaves negative feedback, the owner is only good at blasting customers who aren't paid to leave reviews, and if they do, it's only because they feel like sharing their experience with others.
