12/03/2026: A rustic, difficult-to-reach restaurant located on the dark outskirts of Salemi. Despite the sometimes arduous route, the restaurant has a pleasant, rural feel and lends itself to charming, scenic corners. The set menu has increased in price, but the food is still plentiful and tasty, featuring a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and local delicacies. I didn't like the "ammogghio" (anchovy paste) that's placed in the center of the table before you even order, probably because it mistakenly contained a sugary component that isn't present in this type of recipe. Otherwise, everything was tasty and plentiful. The staff was helpful, polite, and disciplined. Nicolò and Angela in particular were lively and cheerful throughout the service. I appreciated the ability to take away any leftover food on small trays. Congratulations to the kitchen team. The only drawback was that I couldn't book because the online number didn't match, or no one answered, or worse, you have to book at least two months in advance. All in all, a pleasant place and good food.

23/11/2025: We went on Saturday evening with friends, and we immediately found the kindness and hospitality very welcome. Since it was our first time, the waiter recommended it to us. What can I say about the impeccable food? The waiters were always attentive and, above all, always smiling, even when the rooms were full. We will definitely continue to go there. Recommended.
