09/07/2026: I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was a real discovery. Excellent food, clearly seafood-based, but not exclusively, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the prices are very competitive, something I never expected. I recommend it to everyone. Maurizio

05/06/2026: We've been frequenting this restaurant for a while and have always enjoyed it, but our latest experience left us very disappointed. The starters were good, no complaints there, but the raw fish was truly below expectations: very small portions for the price (€20), fish completely covered in lemon and lacking the freshness you'd expect from such a dish. Honestly, if raw fish isn't your forte, perhaps it would be better not to offer it. Furthermore, water was added to the bill that we hadn't ordered; it was later removed when we pointed it out, but the way it was handled didn't convince us. It's a shame, because it was a place we'd happily return to.

16/08/2026: We ordered an almond granita with brioche, in true Sicilian style. The waitress greeted us almost immediately, and given the heat, we sat outside. She also recommended pistachios to accompany the almond granita: an excellent pairing! This is my second time here after several years, having lived abroad, and I'm happy to find a place that's always clean and well-kept, with truly impeccable decor. We came in the morning, around 10:00, and despite there being about 30 people, the service was smooth and without delays. The prices, in my opinion, are absolutely in line with what they offer: it's not just a bar, but a true pastry shop, and that shows in the care with which the pastries are presented in the refrigerated counters and in the display cases at the entrance. A great place to return to when you want a change from the usual breakfast in Milan, especially in this heat!

15/08/2026: I've had the opportunity to try La Siciliana in Lambrate on several occasions, offering a variety of products, from the cafeteria to the granitas, and the small pastries. Overall, the quality is good, and the dedication to offering products rooted in Sicilian tradition is evident. The cafeteria was a pleasant experience, as were the granitas, which I found delicious and enjoyable, especially when you're looking for something fresh. The small pastries also offer a good variety, allowing you to sample different products without necessarily having to order a large portion. A definite plus is the staff, whom I found courteous, helpful, and friendly, a factor that greatly contributes to the overall experience. The only real reason for giving it four stars is the prices, which I consider quite high and closer to what one would expect in a large city like Milan than those of a traditional Sicilian pastry shop. The quality is there, but in some cases the value for money could be better. Overall, however, La Siciliana is a place worth a visit, especially for those who want to try various traditional Sicilian products without leaving Lambrate. Good quality, friendly staff, and a fairly varied selection; only the prices need to be reconsidered.
