The only Sicilian pastry shop in Milan that I frequent ❤️😘

Everything is good, the only flaw is that they are slow and make you wait standing in front of a sign to sit down when there are places available.

I was very disappointed, especially with the value for money. For two granitas with cream and two brioches, I paid €15.80, which I consider excessive for a product that didn't particularly satisfy me. The granita was decent, but nothing exceptional to justify such a price. I understand the price increase, but this is beyond reasonable. There are several Sicilian pastry shops and bars that offer good granitas at much lower prices. The service could also be more attentive: a little more friendliness wouldn't hurt. Not to mention that a smile never hurts anyone and can make a difference in the experience of those who enter the place. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. For that price, I expected much higher quality. I don't think I'll return: I repeat, there are places where the granita is good and costs much less.

If you want to feel like you've been transported straight to Catania without leaving Milan, this is the place to be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The granita is simply amazing: creamy, intense, with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon that makes it even more special. But the real masterpiece is the brioche con il tuppo: soft, fragrant, perfect... and with a ricotta filling that's simply swoon-worthy 🤍 A corner of authentic Sicily in the Lambrate area. Absolutely worth a try!

I'd like to start by saying that I live in the province of Brescia and discovered this pastry shop thanks to the TV show "La Siciliana" a few years ago. The first time I tried La Siciliana, it stayed in my heart, so much so that every time I'm in the area for work, I stop by to buy some sweets to take home. Over the years, I've tried almost everything, and everything I've tried is delicious, always keeping the prices well-balanced for the high quality of the products offered. I've also learned to use the online pre-order service on their website to make pickup easier and faster (since they often deliver by van). What inspired me to write this 5-star review? The professionalism and dedication of the family that runs this historic pastry shop! Mr. Paolo, whom I contacted about a small mistake made during the Easter period, called me personally to apologize for the mix-up and personally took care of driving at night and after work to meet me at my house—an hour and 45 minutes—to bring me the sweets I ordered! If that's not love for your work and professionalism, I don't know what it is. I thank all the staff and family for these sweet years spent together. Keep up the good work.
