20/07/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm from Catania, so I can judge what we tried here at mizzica. We ordered two pistachio and chocolate granitas and one chocolate granita. Shortly afterward, they informed us that the pistachio granita was being prepared and we'd have to wait 10 minutes, so we said it was no problem. After about 20 minutes, the waiter returned to say that the chocolate granita was out (ABSURGICAL), so I ordered an arancino instead (I came for the granita, but whatever). The arancino was quite tasty, but unfortunately it was cold and the rice was a bit overcooked. As for the two granitas we ordered (pistachio and coffee, since the chocolate was out), they didn't taste bad, but the croissants were cold and should have been brought to the table at least reheated. The staff was also definitely worth a look. It's probably one of the very few decent places in Rome for Catanese dishes, but the service could definitely use some work.

20/07/2025: This morning, taking a table for breakfast was a surprise: €1 more and you bring your tray to the table, and €2 more if you ask to be served at your table. The trays are dirty and the counter staff is rude. All of this disappointed me. Never again.
