26/01/2025: Good morning, I understand that a negative review may be unwelcome but responding in a rude manner in my opinion supports the text of the review. Last night we didn't ruin our evening ourselves but it was ruined for us by the unpleasant tones of the response we received, as you reported, from the owner. We complained politely because we asked for three grilled scampi as an appetizer which were served to us after an hour (timed). Two words were enough: "we apologize" and everything would have ended there. We believe that triggering a controversy to justify this delay is unacceptable and unspeakable. The rest of the evening is easily imaginable, an evening ruined by rudeness, congratulations!! I ignore the rest (food and bill), one thing is certain, we will never repeat this experience again.

26/01/2025: One to not give zero An hour of waiting for three grilled scampi, I point this out to the waiter and instead of apologizing he starts an unspeakable controversy. Then an off-menu fish soup with little fish floating in the water. The price, better not to comment on it. I have traveled the world but this was my worst experience.
