05/06/2026: Simply: Rugantino's Roman cuisine will warm your heart!

04/06/2026: 2 adults and 2 children. Thursday evening. Not very crowded. Reservations recommended. Located on a small side street, near the center, this place was a pleasant surprise. A unique and original location, the staff were extremely courteous and never intrusive, dressed in costume. We sat on the small but cozy outdoor terrace. We had two appetizers and four first courses (carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio&pepe), all delicious. The mixed fried fish was a little smaller than the other dishes but delicious (€18). The price was slightly higher than average, but commensurate with the quality of the dishes and the seaside location. RECOMMENDED!

11/07/2026: My partner found this gem in a village we'd never seen before. As soon as you enter, you sense that this will be a unique experience. Carefully prepared dishes and flavors that will take you beyond your palate. We ate on the terrace. Try the rabbit and tortello. Local wine list. Thank you, I hope to see you again soon.

05/07/2026: I'm very sorry to have to give it 2 stars despite the excellent tasting experience. We found unjustified surcharges on the bill compared to the menu and the wine (Rosamundi Rosé Morisfarm) was EXCESSIVELY priced (14 euros in the cellar, paid 37 euros). Honestly, it was a real shame because we had eaten very well and received excellent hospitality and service. What a shame!

25/05/2026: Excellent service. The food was very good and inexpensive. It was a great choice. If I return to Pisa, I'll definitely stay here again.

20/01/2026: Been several times, you have to book! The food is good, as are the first courses and appetizers, even the lamb! The atmosphere is a bit too noisy, but it's worth it! Good service.

02/01/2026: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE FROM THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE, EVERYTHING SEEMED OK, THEN I RETURNED AFTER A YEAR... BUT I FOUND EVERYTHING REALLY NEGATIVE... THE LASAGNA WAS OVERFULL OF SAUCE AND THEN IT FELT LIKE I WAS EATING GUM INSTEAD OF PROVOLA. THE ESCAROLE, LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT IT... IT STANKED OVERHEAD AND FULL OF WATER (ABSURD) THE STEAK WAS BURNED AND BLACK... DISDIGGERING... THE MEATBALLS SEEMED TO BE BOUNCING ON THE PLATE, SWOLLEN AND INEDABLISHED... AND I'LL STOP HERE FOR EVERYTHING... IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR THE INFLUX OF PEOPLE... BETTER POKE AND GOOD SERVICE AND THE KITCHEN EVEN MORE... BECAUSE THE ENTIRETY DISAPPOINTED ME.. I DIDN'T EAT NOTHING
