18/02/2025: The Castellucci restaurant is an institution in Montevarch especially for those looking for traditional Tuscan and Lazio dishes. Since I have been frequenting it, about 6 years, it has always offered the same quality both in the dishes and in the service, never a hesitation, never a flaw. It is worth trying and above all booking.

12/01/2025: Piatti di cucina romana…il tutto, anche il prezzo, è senza infamia e senza lode….buona la carbonara, servizio ovviamente ruspante con il titolare che si aggira tra i tavoli.

Cucina tipica romana riuscita magistralmente (la coda alla vaccinara patrimonio dell'umanità) e ottima anche la carbonara. Porzioni abbondanti, staff simpatico e servizio veloce. Conto giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Quando saremo in zona ci torneremo sicuramente!
