There are restaurants where you sit down, start eating, chat, have a drink... and time passes without you noticing. La Ferramenta del Gusto Emiliano is one of those places. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, with that illuminated ceiling that almost seems starry and immediately puts you in the right frame of mind: feeling good, without rushing. The cuisine is authentic Emilian, the kind that doesn't need much explanation. Authentic, generous, flavorful dishes. The food is too good, period. Then there's Eleonora, the owner, who is a huge part of the experience: present, smiling, attentive, she accompanies you from start to finish and makes you feel pampered without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you go for dinner and end up staying much longer than planned. Because when you're feeling this good, watching the clock becomes pretty pointless.

We were looking for a restaurant in the Emilia-Romagna region. The charcuterie board is excellent and of high quality. The pasta dishes are very good, and the ragù is spectacular. Extensive wine list. We came for dinner several times and enjoyed it very much.

We're originally from Bologna, but we've lived in Turin for many years, and we come to this restaurant often because it serves excellent quality dishes that don't disappoint. The atmosphere, the friendliness, the kindness, and the helpfulness are superb.

Small, very well-kept place, good food, very kind staff.

What a delicious experience. We arrived and were welcomed by Eleonora who placed us at a table at the back of the room, which was very private. I was with my mother and I thought it was great. We ordered a selection of cheeses as a starter, which was divine! We asked for a wine recommendation and were suggested a wine with a grape that I had never heard of: malbo. What a pleasant surprise. Excellent wine that went perfectly with our dishes. It was so worth it. And once again I want to record Eleonora’s hospitality, who did everything to make our experience even more complete. Thank you very much and long live you!

Quality ingredients and traditional dishes served with warmth and kindness. The only downside is the price, which isn't cheap, but is certainly reasonable.
