12/11/2025: I came to this restaurant after having been there a couple of times before to celebrate, and we all had a great time. We ate wonderfully. Diego is an exceptional person, as are the waiters. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The food was all delicious, the tripe was special. The atmosphere was lovely, and thanks again to Diego for letting us bring a cake. We'll definitely be back, especially since everyone was satisfied, not just me. I highly recommend it. See you next time.
11/11/2025: A large table with friends and children. Everything was delicious and high-quality. The staff was professional and helpful. The prices were fair. The cacio e pepe was superb.

30/11/2025: I hate to leave a negative review, but as a chef, I have to give a negative review of the amatriciana, which had an aftertaste of ready-made sauce. You couldn't taste the ingredients in the sauce, just the flavor of preservatives. This was obviously the opinion of all nine people at my table. We also had some tiramisu, and mine tasted sour. Poorly preserved? Nothing to complain about the very good carbonara and the appetizers. A fraschetta d'Ariccia is a must-try with the amatriciana, a typical dish of our flavors.
28/11/2025: It was good but not very good, the pasta had an excellent flavour but the carbonara didn't have a creamy egg and the amstriciana didn't have much sauce.

03/11/2025: This place is definitely worth a try. The porchetta is a must. Impeccable service and very friendly staff. The atmosphere is lovely, even with the outdoor awnings, and attention to detail is excellent.
P.S. The "No Minors Allowed" room is a must-see.
We even bought a gift after dinner because it was so fun.
02/11/2025: Excellent experience, we ate very well and in abundance at a truly competitive price. The service was good, but the timing and accuracy could be improved... we'll definitely be back to try more!

05/12/2025: A typical restaurant serving products from the Castelli Romani area. The porchetta was, as usual, very good and tender. The other appetizers were also noteworthy, especially the stewed beans. I tried several first courses, including cacio e pepe (excellent); wild boar ragù (good, but I prefer it with a little sauce); and the carbonara wasn't my cup of tea. A bit chaotic when ordering, and the wait times could be improved. All in all, a good, historic yet renovated fraschetta.

24/10/2025: A typical osteria, located next to other similar osterias in Ariccia. A rustic atmosphere with a small indoor dining room and outdoor tables under a canopy. Next to the kitchen is a counter with cold cuts and a selection of appetizers. The traditional carbonara is excellent. The service is friendly and attentive. Great value!

14/11/2025: We had a charcuterie board, which was very good; the mixed grill was a little less so; let's just say, not exactly their best dish. However, the place is nice, right in the center of Ariccia, and worth a visit.
