12/01/2026: Extremely slow. It's true it was Sunday, but please, if you can't handle all these people, don't seat them. We waited an hour and a half for a first course; we were exhausted and hungry (we'd decided not to order appetizers but to have first and second courses). Everything was good, even though the pasta was overcooked. I think they should also cook it a little less, at least they'd save time. You really can't wait that long; it's unacceptable. At 3:45 PM, we still hadn't eaten anything, just because we hadn't ordered appetizers. What does that mean? People should be served not based on the course they choose, but based on when they arrive. Even the subsequent courses arrived late or something was missing. At least in terms of quality, I can say that everything was good, except for the overcooked pasta... with a little more organization, they could improve... nothing to complain about; they're also kind, but I'd definitely be hard-pressed to return.

11/01/2026: The atmosphere is typical, a small place but it has its charm. The staff is friendly. The appetizer is classic but good quality, and the porchetta, the star of the dinner, was excellent! I had a great time.

02/01/2026: A restaurant with a true Roman fraschetta atmosphere. However, behind the excellent service and smiling waiters, we found a carbonara with touches of perhaps raw bacon and an egg "a frittata." The appetizers were nothing special. The uniquely shaped biscuits were charming.

30/12/2025: We were on the veranda, and I felt a bit chilly, despite the gas stove near the table. The seating (wooden benches) was a bit uncomfortable. The place is very rustic, a typical Roman osteria. We had the porchetta sandwich, which was excellent, as were the gnocchi with both ragù and truffle and sausage. I tried the mutton arrosticini, which were very good, as was the berry crumble. If you like the typical atmosphere of the Castelli Romani restaurants and the simplicity, this is a great place.

01/01/2026: Four of us stopped by for dinner: the atmosphere was nice, but the staff made it unpleasant with loud disco music and cheap commercial music, indifferent attitudes, and comments inappropriate for the workplace. The food was poor quality, probably supermarket-bought; the porchetta was cold and tough, and the mozzarella was stale and dehydrated. We weren't surprised there were very few people besides us. Not recommended!
